I used to buy appliances only from Lowe's or Home Depot. But today, I'm changing that. Based on my landlord's recommendation and his positive experience, I'm now choosing a new path. At around 6 pm, just before their closing time, I visited the store and ordered a new refrigerator. Surprisingly, the price was much lower than Lowe's, Home Depot, or Best Buy. They offer the best prices in town. In addition, their delivery service is exceptional. They promised me a 24-hour delivery window, a level of convenience I've never encountered before. This is a stark contrast to my previous experiences at Lowe's, where communication was lacking. This time, I received regular updates, including a specific 60-minute delivery window. Their top-notch service impressed me so much that I feel compelled to leave a positive review. I received an outstanding customer experience and in turn, I am writing an outstanding review.

I stopped in on Sunday on my way to Lowe’s. They had exactly what I needed, a top loading washing machine with a small dent in the side. I payed roughly 1/2 price over new and it still had tags on it. My sales person was a very sweet lady “Patty”she negotiated a very fair price. Would buy from them again. Thanks again dear!
