Just don’t use this company don’t back up there work notes lost on type of shirts then they send over a proof I approved I was looking at color and wording not the material that was discussed when I made the order , they told me what the materials were originally and that’s not what I received ,who gives shirts in the middle of summer to a construction company in heavy cotton I actually thought they were going to make it right but that did not happen offered to take a few dollars off of the what I have found out to be over priced shirts in the first place USE AT YOUR OWN RISK OR DOIBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE APPROVAL DONT ASSUME THEY WILL USE NOTES THEY TOOK DURING UOUR ORDER Photos below of what I gave them to go off of and other is what I got and they are not willing to fix Ok I WILL USE A COMPANY THAT CARES

I only needed 4 shirts made and I couldn't find anyone who didn't have a minimum. I found BIG FROG and they were so accommodating. They had my hoodies done in 1 day with no minimum just before the Christmas holiday also. They are so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed meeting the great staff. And they did very nice work.

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts was amazing! The gentleman who assisted me was helpful, kind, and worked super quickly to meet my needs. I phoned with a last-minute request and had my three custom made shirts within a few days! The quality of the shirts is really good. The material is very thick and not the flimsy stuff, and the design printed on the shirts was perfect! I recommend anyone in need of shirts to visit this business, you will not be disappointed!

My experience was not the best at Big Frog I’m unsure if it was due to me placing my order the night prior or what. To begin customer service is horrible. I was told to be there before 5pm I was there at 4:24pm and was told I had to wait 20 mins for the shirt to be printed. Once printed I was told they needed to add more color which would take additional time. The shirt is pathetic I basically paid $31 for nothing. I reached out to Big Frog because I used them before in the past. After today I will not use them again nor recommend them. I felt as they didn’t care and was just ready to close at 5pm. My personal opinion I do not recommend them

So happy with my purchase and my experience Id give more stars if I could … I originally found this type of shirt online that I wanted to purchase from another vendor but unfortunately the product that they had was no longer available even though their site said it was and the other options they had were lacking … THANKFULLY Chris with Big Frog was super helpful and able to answer all my questions … the design we found was actually pink to begin with but Chris was able to change up the color per my request which I didn't think was at all possible but it was and it was great … another great thing was how quick the whole process took I literally spent less than 20 minutes there between changing up the look to printing it out on site and paying out BUT the best part was the cost I ended up saving 3 times more than what I would have originally paid had I just settled for whatever the other place had to offer … I'm so glad I went with Big Frog and I'm so thankful for Chris … my daughter LOVED her shirt and cant wait to wear it for her birthday in a couple of days … thank you guys again for all your help :)
