See I usually like to purchase online and just pick up from this place because the customer service is quite awful there. But now even your PRODUCTS are misleading and a SCAM. I called before hand to their crappy call center to verify a quote “excellent pre-owned iPhone 15 pro max”’for my mother and originally I wanted to buy the 17 or 16 pro max in 256gb and in store that way I could surprise her rather than waiting for it to ship but of course they didn’t have any, so I found the pre-owned that seemed alright to me since it was close to what I was looking for but MAN do these people have a way of lying not only does this phone NOT work but you couldn’t even set it up as a new phone due to it overheating and every time I tried to swipe up on the screen it just glitches out and YES I tried restoring it 3 TIMES and NOTHING it’s still the same and the fact that this company even had the NERVE to call this lemon phone “Excellent pre-owned” sickens me. Definitely not buying anymore pre-owned items that they claim are in “Excellent condition”.

Go to ANY other Best Buy. Or better yet, go to any other store, period. I called and asked if they can replace the keyboard (mechanical issue only) on my laptop. I was asked for the model etc and I gave that info. The woman said they can replace it, and advised me to buy the replacement part myself to avoid delays. I did, and the day the keyboard arrived at my house, we made the appointment for 215 the following day. After driving an hour to get there, we had to wait for multiple walk-in customers before they would see us. At 230, we were told by a redhead guy named Ben that no, they are never allowed to repair our brand of laptop (and no this is not an apple laptop) even though the woman on the phone said they could. He also said they never accept if we purchase our own replacement part, that they have to do it, again even though I was told something completely different over the phone. We were then told that the person who we were SCHEDULED to see was out at lunch and we would have to wait even longer. At 3pm they came and took the laptop to "look at it." They brought it back a bit later and said that no, they cant do it. They wasted HOURS of our time and wasted our money, in both replacement parts and in two hours of gasoline spent to get there. If these jokers can't replace a keyboard then they have no business claiming to be an electronic repair place. When asked, Ben said they can install "plug in play" things like RAM. My DOG can do that, man.

It's a nice and cheap place. I bought a phone holder for my car. It's good quality but it makes noise.

I pay for the Best Buy warranty, geek squad comes to my house to look item, won’t carry it back to Best Buy. I drive an hour to my nearest Best Buy and when I show up they won’t even let me drop it off! I can come back next week. Customer service in today’s world is dead. If it ain’t on a computer forget having a person make a decision or help in any way that makes sense.
