The staff @ BenchMark Physical Therapy Watkinsville is AMAZING. From the receptionist to the physical therapist are simply amazing. Each visit to the facility is like coming home. I’m greeted every time by Lauren, Ian and Will and the rest of the staff greet me like family. They find out your medical issues and they work with you from there. They are tuff on but it is fair. Every one there wants the best for you and your results. I’m very appreciative and thankful for the support and the encouragement I have received from the Benchmark staff in Watkinsville. They are simply Amazing! I will recommend any one with physical therapy needs to the Benchmark staff in Watkinsville ! Thanks again for all of your help!!!

Lauren was very helpful in setting up my appointment and even to reschedule because life happens. Will, was very though in explaining my situation and helping me to understand the process of therapy. Best PT experience I have ever had! I was nervous at first, but Will walked me through everything and helped me find answers to my pain. His insistence on knowing it was my SI joint is what made it possible for me to get relief by knowing what to focus on. Also, Lauren was always super kind and awesome with scheduling or working me in if I needed extra help one week. Absolutely cannot recommend Will enough - he wants you to get better quickly and constantly works to get you there!

His expertise, knowledge and additional certifications has been a game changer. I’ve had chiropractic care, acupuncture and rehab with using Will. He is my go to guy and I will only go see him. I had my most recent experience at Bench Mark on 3/24/25 and it was not the best, to the say the least it was very unfortunate. As a person who works in the medical field dedicating myself to patient care I was very disappointed with how I was handled, especially after being seen there before. I was told I needed a updated referral regarding my condition which my PCP wanted me to continue my care by providing the referral with the request written for dry needling, which has been done in the past with Bench Mark. I understand that Dry needling is only temporary, but when a doctor refers you over with a documented treatment plan and summary of visit, it should be followed while creating an assessment for the continuing care of the patient. I also paid 100.00 toward my visits. And did not receive any care that I inquired about before scheduling. I feel like I was deceived. It's very dishearten to know that some practices will just take your money without following the documented instructed plan to maintain a person good health.

Benchmark in Watkinsville is a great place to go for Physical Therapy! They examine you throughly in order to plan the most helpful treatment for your symptoms. I would recommend this place to everyone reading this. I was having an issue with my foot, and it got to the point the orthopedist said there was nothing more they could do, except surgery, which wouldn’t fix everything. After learning that, I spent a couple months working with Will. I don’t know how he did it, but he fixed it. He then gave me exercises to do if the pain comes back, which I’ve done multiple times now and it relieves the pain. I’m so grateful to Will for his dedication and knowledge. It’s been a few months since then now, and I wore heels for the first time in 2.5 years last week. Thank you!
