I started with very little strength in my legs, particularly my left leg, making it hard to walk and keep my balance. Jenny evaluated what I needed to gain strength and stability. I left Benchmark sure footed and able to do so much more than before. Jenny is an incredible physical therapist. Her depth of knowledge is astounding. I am so thankful for all the work she put into my success and so glad to have worked with her.

This is a follow up regarding a past visit from March 22-2024. I was contacted on today 10-13-2025 from a debt collector for a remaining balance of 15 dollars that I was unaware of. I feel like this was a personal attack towards me since my last written review this year, because why wasn’t I made aware of a remaining balance. I paid 100 dollars for a visit that didn’t provide a service this year. The 100 dollars was applied to my account and I get a call a year later about 15 dollars being automatically sent to collections this April. Why would I pay 100 dollars and leave 15 if I was aware of it. This makes no sense. I am working to get this resolved, but I would like to be removed from your contact list completely. Please and thank you.

The experience was amazing. When I went in I was stiff as a door knob. The only thing I can say about this facility is when they give you the instructions or when they give you better yet ask you what is wrong with your body tell the truth. Meaning when they give you the exercise do it the way they want you to do it and as many times as they want you to do it I'll tell you when you come out of there it will be a joyful feeling. You ladies are amazing keep up the good work..

Jacqueline Brown. Jennie and rest of staff was very professional and very helpful, I was not able to walk in my home without my cane because of weakness in my left leg , now I walk in my house without my cane and my back is not hurting as much because of the therapy. My mobility is much better

From the beginning the staff in Athens were courteous, friendly and very helpful. I was given written instructions so I could continue my therapy at home. I have reached all my goals and was released by my doctor on February 17, 2025. Thanks to each therapist, who worked with me and helped me restore the use of my left shoulder. Knowing he needed the therapy it would have been much easier if your company would have been more specific and let him know ahead of time about his insurance instead of waiting until he got there and filled out the paperwork, seems like someone would have had better customer service than what we experienced yesterday How awful for someone who was really struggling with his health and yall failed at customer service Never again will be referred for therapy or recommended therapy from this company
