I had such a wonderful experience at Beem Light Sauna! The front desk staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite, professional, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. She gave me a tour of the space, showed me the different rooms and bathrooms, explained how to adjust the lights in the sauna, use the iPad to watch something during my session, and told me about the different types of water they offer for purchase. I felt fantastic and revitalized after my infrared sauna session — so much so that I signed up for a monthly membership right away. I’m excited to make this part of my wellness journey!

The Red Light Therapy rooms at Beem Light Sauna have been a great addition to my weekly routine for athletic recovery from triathlon training and I highly recommend them. I used them initially to help with inflammation in my hip but have continued to use Red Light therapy since then for overall recovery and just generally feeling better all around. Beem sauna is a luxury experience as soon as you step foot through the door. The private sauna rooms are spacious and include ipads with bluetooth connection in the sauna, so you can watch Netflix or listen to music during your session. Showers are available either in room or next to the sauna room. The Beem light colors add an extra touch of relaxation that can be turned off or adjusted to your light preference. From the friendly staff, to the exceptionally clean and quiet sauna rooms, I always leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with less pain and tension in my joints and muscles. I look forward to it everyday! They even have a full body red light table to get extra inflammation reduction and improve skin tone on the FULL body. I am OBSESSED with my experience here, I can't imagine not having it as part of my wellness routine. Run, don't walk to Beem Sauna!!!!
