Really cool little shop. We stopped in to the shop to get a couple "Athens" items for family in Alaska. Found so very good local honey as well as some peach honey soap. The shop had other neat items as well as the standard "gift" items. We were really happy we stopped in and loved the items we purchased. The younglady staffing the store was super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to shop.

This is the most adorable, cozy little store. The honey here is really good. I got these pressed flower earrings for my daughter for a present. The other pressed flower jewelry and candles are beautiful too! Will definitely have to come back later this week while I'm still in town

The Bear Hug Honey Company is a MUST STOP and shop for any visit to Athens! It's a great place to find unique gifts. Love how helpful and friendly the folks are that work there without being pushy and annoying. But let's talk about the honey! All the flavors are delicious with so many to choose from, but the Sourwood Honey and Southern Sriracha Spicy are my favorites. You won't regret stopping by and will surely miss out if you don't. :)

This is my favorite store in Athens that isnt a bar or restaurant! Reasonably priced compared to a lot of downtown shops. The few UGA shirts they have are amazing and I really hope they do more as they're unique and you can tell effort was put into it. I'm not sure if Sam is the owner or not but he's a very nice dude that even included some cool uga stickers in my online order. Can't wait to visit in person again soon.
