Made an appt for the same day battery in my phone.. I arrived on time and was helped immediately. I was told the battery replacement in my iPhone would take a half hour so I went for a taco and filled up with gas. When I came back it was done in the thirty minutes promised. A no hassle interaction.

I recommend Batteries Plus for cell phone repairs. I’ve had a repair done at the mall in the past and they did a good job, but it just felt shady to leave my phone with some dude at a kiosk in the mall for the afternoon. He wasn’t even the one doing my repair, we had to wait for the technician to show up at 5 or 6. It just made me uncomfortable to leave my phone with some unknown guy sitting at a desk in the middle of the mall. Batteries Plus takes off $10 if you make an appointment, which really can be in the next 15 minutes, so there is no reason not to. Although they did a good job, I feel more confident that they would stand by their work if there was a problem when compared to the dude at the mall. Also, Batteries Plus started working on my phone when I dropped it off, and the work was done in less than 90 minutes. Overall a positive experience, I will always have my phone repairs done at Batteries Plus.
