I tried to get a new battery, and my key fob was destroyed. I went to get a new battery put in my car key fob, which I have done a couple of times at this location in the past few years. The price increased to about three times what I paid before, but the employee said if I paid $4 more than the base price of $18, it’s a free “lifetime replacement,” so I went with it. He replaced the battery, I paid, and then when I went to my car, it wouldn’t work (normally the car recognizes the key fob is present and you can just open the door). I went back inside; there now was a different employee at the desk, and I explained what happened, so she put a different battery in. I went back outside, and it still wouldn’t work. I tried using the buttons on the fob and it would unlock the car, but the lock button didn’t work. The car would not recognize the key fob was present, and it would not start unless I used the backup emergency process of pressing the fob to the starter. The car has a consistent alert on the screen that there is no key present. When I told her again what was happening, the employee asked if this happened a lot, and I said this had never happened before. She just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. When I got home we followed some repair videos to take it apart and see if the buttons were misaligned, but it still doesn’t work. So I paid $22 to have my key fob destroyed, and now have to pay $200 to replace it. I’m beyond disappointed.

All I needed was a key cut on a key fob every lock smith including dealer ship wanted to program the key but that's not what I wanted . All I needed was the key made so after spending all morning being turned down by lock smiths, batteries plus made it happen! They were nice helpful and honestly saved me 150.00.

Called to find out if they had a battery for a nest thermostat in stock. She told me she couldn't look it up without the battery number. I'm not around the unit but I'm close to Batteries Plus where I could have picked it up. I'm not sure if it's laziness or a poor computer system that can't look something up but either way rather disappointing.

Had my phone brought in to replace the screen. Had great signal and worked perfectly minus the broken screen. Got my phone back and no longer had signal even when connected to wifi, and my screen pops when touched. Got in touch with my carrier they said that my antenna was no longer connected and to take it back in to batteries plus for them to fix their mistakes. My wife and I contacted batteries plus they said to bring it in for them to look at it. I called them on a Monday and the tec said she will not work on it because she was alone and to bring it in another day when she feels like working on it. Contacted my carrier and had to end up getting my phone replaced and paying my deductible which I shouldn't have had to do, if my phone was fixed right the first time. Very disappointed in the neglect and horrible attitude of employees when confronted with their mistakes. Avoid this place at all cost!

Arrived at store at 3:50 Sunday afternoon. We were going to purchase 2 batteries but were told at 3:55 that they could not take cash. They had closed the cash drawer and could only take credit cards. She said we close at 4. I said I realized that, but it is 3:55, not 4.

Made appointment for battery change in 2 iPhones. Was told by store manager they had stock of correct batteries. 5 hours later they returned 2 destroyed iPhones‼️ AT&T said they cut the wrong wires! Technician handed my wife an iPhone he insisted was hers! Turns out it was not. Not real trustworthy people😒

I went this morning to have my battery tested and left with so much more. Andrea’s knowledge and customer service skills in this male dominated field were so refreshing. She went out of her way to show my son (and me) the mechanics of my car. She was honest and thorough and went above and beyond to test more than I initially went for. This experience was priceless.
