Not the best experience. They lost our anniversary cake and then come to find out they put it in the freezer where the general purchasing cakes were.

This location once served thick and delicious milkshakes. But the last two times that I've stopped here, the shakes have been very thin. My chocolate shake was chocolate milk. Furthermore we were first in line at the drive thru, yet still had to wait nearly 20 minutes. I won't come back.

Please do not go here anyone! Had a large vanilla iced coffee and had to go to ER because of stomach complications and violently throwing up. Still waiting on results but I felt completely fine before getting it and it was the only thing i drank!!

The cashier was very friendly and let us try a the flavors before making a choice. She shared her favorite flavor as well when we asked her opinion. They had a variety of choices to chose from. Will definitely be returning!

After placing my order for one milkshake, it took over 20 minutes to make the shake. I noticed cars that where behind me where getting their order while I continued to wait. They complained that they were short handed. Inside the store had no customers. Why were people that ordered after me getting food before me. How long does it take to get one shake

My boyfriend and I stopped by on a Saturday night for a scoop. There were only 2 people in the dining area and 1 guest at the dunkin counter. No one greeted us or even said a word to us we stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting for service. We finally just left with no ice cream and still no service. If I could give them zero stars I would.

We had the best experience at this store! A guy name Woodrow greeted us and was so kind to us! He gave us his opinions on things there cause we were indecisive on what we wanted. The other employees were also very nice. Everything we got was really good and they also kept the place clean.

Baskin-Robbins has my favorite ice cream, however, we have visited the one in Athens GA for the last time. Our first visit ended with a drive to the store only to find the hours posted online were wrong and they were closed. We just tried again. After trying to call fir 15 minutes only to get a busy signal we decided to drive on over. When we got to the drive-thru wee were greeted by a person saying sorry because the system was down. Would have been nice to get an answer on the phone to save us the trouble of driving over.

They stop serving ice cream at 8 but still do coffees? What sense does that make? At night?
