Barrett was able to dispatch a driver almost immediately when other local companies gave me 75 minutes up to 2 hours. I understand that these companies were busy, as was Barrett. I was told that a driver would call me when they were on their way, which he did. He also gave me an ETA for the tow which was also accurate. Barrett didn't ask for payment until our vehicle was actually on the tow truck about to head to us. I don't know what the going rate is for a tow any longer so I can't make a knowledgeable assessment. Their driver appeared and behaved professionally. If needed in the future, I would be hapoy to use Barrett Towing again.

I was told Mike would be there in an hour and it only took him about 20 minutes. He helped us get our truck out of a ditch. He even stayed to make sure we fully got it out. Would definitely use again

Kevin was the driver that towed the car to the shop. He was very friendly and professional when he introduced himself. It was also clear that he was very experienced at towing vehicles. He didn't rush and he was careful about hooking up the vehicle correctly and safely. I definitely recommend this company.

Customer service was very polite and answered quickly. My tow truck driver, Kevin, is knowledgeable and friendly. He offered advice and was patient in his approach to securing the vehicle with some difficulties. I had to wait for the correct truck to be available but I was glad to have a customer oriented experience and also a great conversation on the way to the shop.

Super fast and good pricing. Steven (if I got the name wrong, I am super sorry!) was great and friendly. I felt like I was taken care of from the start of my phone call to Barrett’s until I was dropped off with my car. Made my terrible day a little better. Thanks yall! Will be using again probably soon to tow my car to the shop, haha!!

Incredibly frustrating company to deal with. Called to ask for their services that are included in our contract, and the representative was very unhelpful. Told us that we could not have them come out because the cars that were illegally parked were residents. When we informed them that they were not indeed residents the representative then went back and said that it actually doesn’t matter. We were told to contact our property management. We then contacted our property management and told them our situation, which they told us would qualify for a proper tow. We then had a three way call with our property management and Barrett’s towing, to which Barrett’s towing said they still wouldn’t come out. Long story short, I can’t leave my property because my neighbors illegally and improperly blocked in all of my roommates, and Barrett’s towing will not come out and help us. Worse yet, they are the only company that we can contact since we are on private property

Call them Wed night because my car was dead at work. Said they could be there in the morning to get it and take it to the shop for me told them that was fine. They came at 720 am Thursday got it and got it to the shop early enough so the shop could get it looked at. Driver was nice and professional. Would use them again if I need a tow.
