Great selection of books and gift items for kids and bibliophile. Had a large selection of books on sale. Sales associates are extremely helpful. They have done away with the comfortable chair nooks and replaced them with table and chairs at Starbucks. Too bad if you don't like or refuse to pay outrageous prices for Starbucks.

There is a new guy working in the Starbucks that, just because I’m foreigner and I don’t have a “perfect” American accent, acted in a racist and xenophobic way towards me. He forced me to repeat my order 4 times just because he wasn’t willing to understand what I was ordering.

I really love this Barnes and Noble. The selection is great, and they always have a pretty wide variety of Clarence items. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, and they're never seems to be a shortage of helpful workers. The cafe is also fairly busy with good service as well. Great place to go on rainy days

Great atmosphere and wonderful customer service. Absolutely a wonderful experience. I'm not a book guy. The said hey, they asked how they could help, I told them, and the walked me to the section I needed to be in and showed me what I asked for. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend.
