Not a pleasant experience at all. Rude and stuck up employees with lack of empathy and kindness. Couldn't even use the restroom as they claim it wasn't working but Old Navy's bathroom next door worked perfectly fine. I will never come there again.

Decent men selection with good prices. I liked the blazers and dress shirts I bought. They look and feel like very nice quality material. Only issue is, they do not carry my size in pants. I have to go online and sometimes even then, they still don't. Other than that I will still shop here for good deals.

Excellent outfits for professional settings and super fast checkout with no waiting in line which is great for social distance. I love this store because of it’s diverse staff. The assistant manager who is the eldest gentleman at banana republic is super efficient ringing customers. He is good at being friendly and offering the banana republic credit card.

In the past I was not at all a Banana Republic fan but I feel like they’re upped their game in clothing, accessories, shoes, etc. I use to see them as a boring, only neutral colors type shop but I have to say that the past 2 visits I had great experiences not to mention fabulous buys. It’s always best to go when there’s a big sale meaning more of the discounted ticket price. You’ll end up with so many great finds!

Selection of menswear seems to have decreased greatly in the last year. We always used to find something if we went in. And the staff and management (Shawn I Believe) were friendly and helpful. Now.... Not so much

Stop by a couple hours ago to check out a navy dress that I thought would be there was greeted upon entry but followed right after and even had another staff To follow me and ask me did I need any help after I politely said thanks but no thanks I was greeted a second time with the same question there are 50 other people in this store and you are walking around following me No worries I spent my money elsewhere...

Was not greeted at the door or offered help. Sales team did NOT assist me with my purchase and was not competent in helping me place an online order. Seriously, this store needs better staff
