Call Joe 1st. when something happens to your Apple or I-phone . He is the "go to guy" in Charleston S.C. for your cell phone and Apple / PC repairs. I spilled a full glass of wine on my Mac Book....(not good) I called Joe and he instructed me to meet him ASAP to prevent further damage. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do & assured me there was a good chance he could save my Computer. 24 hours later he called me with the good news. My impression is as follows... he has the expertise knowledge & education similar to the top techs working in an Apple store. The advantage with Joe is he is an independent mobile tech with little overhead which ensures a very reasonable price compared to similar services around town. (especially the Apple store which wanted to charge me 4 times as much! for the same repair) A computer "Geek" in the best sense of the word, professional courteous honest and reliable . These guys are the real deal. Matt came to the coffee shop nearest to me to fix my shattered iPhone screen in lightning speed right in front of my eyes. My iPhone was just like new in 15 minutes! THANK YOU MATT! Matt replaced my cracked phone screen for me AND added a FREE tempered glass screen protector. Matt was very nice, polite, answered all of my questions, and the BEST part, it only took 15 minutes! FIFTEEN MINUTES! I was able to get my screen repaired (he did it in front of me, so I could even sit and watch him do it if I wanted to,) grab a coffee, get my newly fixed phone, and still get to work on time! seriously amazing service! I have been a costumer with Joe for a least 5 years in Athens GA and now in Charleston. I had a problem with my WiFi it just did not work anymore and I went to The Mac store they told me that it would cost $1000 because the mother board needed to be replaced . I went to Joe and he fixed my computer for $150 and I have not have had any problems ever since . So my entire family now goes to Average Joe I highly recommend them .They are honest and affordable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them
