These guys are true, honest, and knowledgeable professionals - without a doubt the premier phone repair shop in the area. They’re transparent about timelines, diagnoses, and exact scope of work required to repair your device. I was having issues with my charging port and they not only figured out the exact issue quickly and performed a relatively quick fix, but also refused to charge me at the end. Absolute pleasure doing business with them; highly recommend.

They were able to quickly and affordably fix my phone. Very nice and open with communication in terms of the pricing, but ensured to give me the best deal. The staff was very patient and understanding with questions and encouraged them. I also received a high quality screen for my replacement and my repair came with a warranty. I hope not to NEED their services in the future, but worst case scenario I’ll be back. Highly recommend!

We were so lucky to come across Joe’s shop. My son broke his iPhone screen (again) and unlike prior butchered repairs, Joe used a quality screen, tightened everything up and replaced screws which were neglected in the prior repairs. As soon as I called, I knew this would be a different experience. Joe was kind, incredibly knowledgeable and priced fairly. The location was super convenient and we were in and out in less than a half hour. Highly recommend Joe in an industry which seems filled with poor technicians. Thanks again!

I had the pleasure of visiting Average Joes new location and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful space that’s literally perfect for what they do! Joe was warm, relatable and friendly and the service was quick, efficient and smooth! I have worked with this company multiple times this year already (I do not have good luck with phones) and the team is always ready to schedule a timely visit and complete a quick and efficient repair. I’ve had multiple screens replaced 🫠 (due to random terrible luck) and today I had to have the back glass replaced unexpectedly. The entire process was smooth and simple. I even brought my little ones and Joe and his dog were beyond accommodating. 10/10 Highly recommend for all of your repair needs!!

Average Joe’s phone repair was a simple and straightforward phone repair experience. I contacted them in the morning, dropped my phone off at their innovative and tidy workshop, and was assured it could and would be fixed by end of day. Joe, Addis, and Matt were able to fix my water damaged phone with OEM (factory replacement) Apple parts by replacing the screen and fixing the water sensor and parts within the phone. I picked it up at the end of the day and it was good as new. This process was streamlined and modern, and the staff was pleasant and polite to work with, not to mention knowledgeable and confident of their repairs and expertise. So far so good with my fixed phone, I will definitely be using this service again if need be in the future. The price was a bit higher than I was hoping to pay, but for the service and return time it was probably worth it(to be fair I did not compare quotes or research how much it would cost or if it would be possible to fix myself, so it likely was fair and square). I found this place while searching for "circuit board soldering". They were able to solder replacement resistors on a speedometer circuit board to be able to see the odometer and gear selector lighting. They were able to do it pretty quick for the day and the price was very good. Work was excellent and will use them again.

Joe and his dog, bo, were so friendly and fixed my iphone! It took no time at all and he was explaining the process every step of the way. I opted in for the option to get a screen protector and i can already tell it was worth the extra $$! 10/10 recommend and will be a returning customer.
