Shoutout to Auto Alchemy of Atlanta for making my black SUV look better than it ever has! I was tired of seeing swirl marks and dull paint, but their paint correction and ceramic coating transformed it completely. Not only does the exterior shine like a mirror, but they also detailed the inside—seats, carpets, and dash look fresh and clean. As someone who keeps a 2020 Prestige 420 on Lake Lanier, I don’t settle for mediocre work. After a season of dock rash (courtesy of my less-than-graceful landings at Holiday Marina) and UV-damaged gel coat, I needed a team that could restore it properly—without hauling it somewhere. Substantial Automotive & Boat Services was the answer. Antonio’s crew came to my storage unit, set up like a full-service shop on-site, and delivered: Flawless gelcoat correction(even the deep scratches vanished). Professional-grade ceramic coating (still hydrophobic months later). Interior so clean it smells like a new boat. They’ve since met me at the dock for biweekly and seasonal upkeep, always prompt and professional. If you demand mobile detailing that rivals a high-end shop, book them. I've used the most reputable guys on the lake over the years and substantial auto and boat will be the only company I use from here on out. Not to mention they maintain my vehicles as well! Highly recommended!

My mom’s car had her windows down when Hurricane Helene was passing through, her whole car was soaked with a huge puddle under the passengers seat. Kc was able to get me in and take out the passenger seat and was able to get her whole car dry. He was also kind enough to give us some tips on how to prevent mold. Super highly recommend him !
