We used Aurum for our wedding rings and they were fabulous! They were amazing to work with and helped us customize our rings completely! We worked the most with Lori and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were able to text her through the Aurum number and she was very responsive. We still go back to get our rings cleaned and for any jewelry service we may need. Highly recommend!!

As soon as I arrived at Aurum, I felt better about the process of shopping for engagement rings. Shopping online had left me feeling overwhelmed and unsure, but at Aurum I always felt taken care of. I worked with Sarah to design a custom engagement ring based on my favorite designs from jewelers around the world. She was able to design a ring that I think was genuinely better than anything I had seen before, and that actually cost less than it would have if I had ordered online. If I could do one thing differently about my process, it would have been going into Aurum months earlier: it was the best decision I made (besides choosing my fiancée of course!).
