The two people that helped me could not have been nicer! I wanted to try something new and based on my mileage and the shoes that I typically run in they gave me two suggestions. They patiently helped me get various sizes in each so that I could try them out in the store and a short run in the parking lot. I ended up with a new goto shoe that I hadn’t run in previously — the Saucony Endorphin Speed 5. I’m so glad I went in and bought locally.

I went in to get fitted for some new running shoes, and they were very thorough. They explained the results of my foot scan and what I should be looking for in a running shoe. Then, they brought out several pairs for me to try on and were extremely patient; I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ll definitely be going back when I need another pair.

Professional, organized, and friendly. From start to finish I felt important. My needs were met for my unique feet. The employee that helped me was friendly and funny and very knowledgeable about his craft. I bought shoes there three years ago and returned last month to buy a new pair of the same brand. I needed some dependable shoes asap! I was so happy to find them at Athens Running Company vs making a trip to Loganville or Duluth. I, however saw a discrepancy and call the store. To my surprise, they were very understanding and apologetic. Brad offered me three options to resolve the issue. Amazingly, they drove the replacement shoes to my house, in the cold rain!! They were even nice enough to throw in a pair of free socks and a coupon for future purchases. That's what you call top tier customer service!
