I was visiting this strip mall to patronize the Planet Fitness but there's other stuff going on here including a discount Bargain Hunt store, LensCrafters, ail salon, Barnes & Noble, Bealls, Chuck E Cheese, post office and a shoe store. There are a few empty storefronts. Easy access from US-78 (Business) with a traffic light near the Olive Garden and State Route 10 (Athens Perimeter) is near. It was before sunrise when I was here and there was a reasonable amount of lighting but as always, be aware of your surroundings and anyone approaching you that you don't know.

We visited Athens Promenade with our 3-year-old and 3-month-old and had a fantastic time! The wide, stroller-friendly paths and lively atmosphere made it perfect for a family outing. Our toddler loved watching the street performers and exploring the shops, while we enjoyed the scenic views and relaxing vibe. The promenade had plenty of dining options, making it easy to find something for everyone, even with kids. The welcoming community and vibrant energy made it a memorable experience for all of us. The seafood was fresh and well selected! The king crab was absolutely delicious! The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere made you feel grand. The food was okay. The veggies were cooked a little longer than I liked but they were all just appetizers to me in comparison to the crab.

We cane on a Saturday afternoon and was seated as soon as we walked in. Our waitress was a young lady by the name of Katherine. She was constantly checking in us and very friendly. What a great place to relax and be waited on. We have always had this kind of service here...I love this place and I'll definitely be back

Had a WONDERFUL time! They looked after us and cared for us and our party and made sure we had everything we needed! They had clean bathrooms and sanitizing stations. They've taken out the big tubes that used to be throughout the building for the kids to play in but added some new games. Will highly recommend coming here. We will be back for sure!!
