Heard about this place from my Mom who had her car fixed here. I was surprised they did car batteries bc it looks like a mower/chainsaw shop. However, they had great pricing for installation and had no issues with my car BMS system . Great customer service for a great price! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable place to have your vehicle taken care of

My time wasn't respected. On Tues, I dropped off a mower wheel needing a new tire (super common size). I was told "might be tomorrow". Wed- heard nothing Thurs- heard nothing Fri-dropped by unannounced to find my wheel on the floor where it'd been left on Tues. I was then promised it would be done today and that I'd be called. I was not called. Sat-heard nothing Mon-dropped by unannounced, tire still not installed. Bought tire over the counter and went home and did it myself in 5min. 3 visits over 6 days to not get a tire changed :-/

This is my toy store if only I had endless money to dump into this place. What fun it is to go in and get just the part or knowledge I needed at the right time. They sell the best products in the world. The staff know their stuff, wow do they know. I love the fact that they treat their customers like their neighbors. sometimes I wish I worked there, but then I would spend my paycheck before I left work.

I have to share this because I see so many bad reviews and completely understand why they are posted, but my situation turned out differently and maybe this will help someone to make an informed decision. I brought my car here after being referred by Nash Truck & Trailer Parts back in June. They repaired my car, and although they are pricey, I haven't had an issue with that problem again. So, when my car broke down last Thursday, I had it towed to them. I spoke with two people about my concern and yet when I spoke with the person that told me it was repaired, the information given to me worried me, because what they said did not match my issue. Low and behold when I picked my car two days later, it messed up on me not even 20 minutes after picking it up. I called frantic and frustrated but the gentleman on the phone sent someone right over to pick my car up. It took them 3 days to get it back to me, but I was happy with the results. Not only did they repair the issue, but he didn't charge me anything more, and he delivered my vehicle to me. The general manager, Larry, brought my car to my job, apologized to me and told me to call him if I needed anything else. I am more than grateful for his generosity. I actually also have to say that Dallas has great customer service and rapport, but there is another woman that works there that really is how my experience almost went sour. She does not communicate information accurately nor professionally, which is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Thank you Larry for restoring my faith in your business! I will definitely return!

Over the past two months I've engaged in a lot of business with this location, and everything has been above and beyond what I would expect. Dealing with Dallas is always easy and practical. I never leave with a problem left unresolved, and I the service is personal and attentive.

When you buy equipment I would encourage you to make sure the place you buy it from can service you afterwards. I've got a retriever side by side they sold me but now they don't offer any support. It's not because they can't but because they don't want to. It has a 3 yr warranty. I've replaced both back axles, headlight assembly, map sensor, and now drive belt this year, which is the second year ive had it. All paid Out of pocket because if power pro even has a mechanic it'll takes them 3 months to get it fixed(what I wad told last visit.) Ive been waiting for my tractor parts I ordered two months ago. You can keep them.

I have spent over $800 in the past few months from them. Today I went to take a leaf blower to have looked at (not wanting to start) and the customer service was horrible. The guy I dealer with and his mechanic where very rude and told me warranty didn’t cover it without even looking at it and it’s a 9 month old blower. He personally told me (with an attitude) “take it to Howard Brothers to have them fix it”. What a joke of a place to go for business. What a lazy set of people they have working in that place!

I have had only bad experiences with this shop. I went in for repairs.Not the first time either. Given a reasonable quote. Then was charged double the amount. All I wanted was a new pull cord for a mower. They sharpened the blade and changed the oil. I had just changed the oil myself. I questioned the woman in charge who was very inflexible. She blamed it on a hispanic employee and his english skills. I mentioned that I should not be charged for her in ability to adequately direct her own employees in a language they might understand. It was not pleasant and I was way overcharged. I will never return.

Called 3X over a 2 week period to get info. on trailer brake installation. Girl who answers phone knows nothing and says either the manager is away and will call me (never does) or she goes to get him and says he's in the shop and "he'll be with you in a minute." Five minutes on hold, twice, and no one picks up. Pretty poor business model. I'll be going somewhere where the customer is appreciated and questions are actually answered.
