I had been struggling with cloudy water in my hot tub and decided to stop by Athens Pool & Spa. Joe took the time to test my water and explain exactly what was going on — he found I was low on sanitizer, oxidizer, and calcium hardness. Instead of just selling me random products, he walked me through what each adjustment would do and recommended the right solutions to get my water balanced quickly. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and approachable he was, and the fact that I was able to get the products I needed right away made a huge difference since I had guests coming that night. what’s more, the price was right and comparable to what I would’ve paid on Amazon.

AWESOME! These people know customer service! I purchased a pool from Jackie three years ago and could not be happier. Two years ago I purchased a hot tub from Ross. I purchased my spa last December from Athens Pool & Spa and it is honestly the best purchase I made for my health. My arthritis can be very painful at times but the spa has been great for my joints. I have more mobility and the pain and stiffness goes away after just sitting 10 minutes every morning in my spa. The service & selection were also great at Athens Pool & Spa. I give them 5 stars!

Jackie Morse and Athens Pool & Spa has vastly exceeded our expectations! She showed us the Dolphin T35 pool vacuum machine. We bought it right away. Great machine! Turns out our liner was not installed properly by another company so vacuum was catching on the drain. She researched after our sale and recommended a cover from Amazon to solve our problem. We recently purchased a hot tub here and one month out we couldn’t be happier! Ross and Joe have been great to work with. They are super helpful, friendly and have always been available to answer questions. They genuinely seemed more concerned with getting us in the tub we thought would be the best fit, than selling us something more expensive. The free water testing is great and they have been very helpful in tweaking the chemicals to get the water right. We love the tub itself as well. Very user friendly, comfortable and the individualization of the jets is great.
