was seen here for a car accident per the ER and needed some paperwork filled out to be able to return to work, not FMLA or short term and was told because the provider that saw me was on vacation i would have to wait on her time for it to be filled out when she got back. was told i couldn't even come back in and pay $90 with my insurance to be seen to have it filled out. absolutely ridiculous, never knew another provider couldn't sign this, and the MA gave me the wrong email address so the mistake wasn't on my end. do better after reading others reviews, The same exact thing happened to me. I checked in and then received a text message that my appointment was an hour after I checked in, five other people that came in after me were seen before I was finally seen. The people at the registration desk were having a personal conversation conversations as well as inappropriate conversations about a child custody issue. As a previous office manager of an urgent care this is unacceptable and it's kind of funny how somebody will think all of the good reviews but won't actually take the time to review your negative reviews and fix the issue. Absolutely disgusting as a business

I will not be returning due to the unsatisfactory care I received. P.A. Matthew Waldron was rude and aggressive during my visit. I went to the orthopedic urgent care clinic for sudden, severe lower back pain and wanted an X-ray to look for possible causes. When I mentioned previous treatment for a different back issue, he interrupted me in a combative tone and asked why I hadn’t gone there instead of urgent care. I tried to clarify in between his ill-mannered interuptions that this pain was different, but he still documented it incorrectly. He appeared annoyed at my choice to come to urgent care rather than wait weeks while in agony for an appointment with a specialist. I hope his supervisor can help him address this seemingly difficult question, which he struggles to understand.

Went to Urgent Care today for extreme knee pain with limited ability to walk. Lobby was filthy: stains on carpet, etc. The receptionist took my ID and insurance card and said the nurse would give it back. I got a text while sitting in the lobby that my appointment was at 9:50 (1 hour after I checked in). At 9:53, my husband inquired as to why people checking in after me were being called back before me. The receptionist told him that they could not verify my insurance. He questioned why they did not update us on what was causing delay - no answer. Over the next 30 minutes, I logged into my insurance policy and verified it was active, that the provider was in-network, and the benefit amounts. My husband took my phone over to the receptionist to verify insurance. She was not willing to look. The lady behind her entered the conversation and stated that they had to verify the insurance through their system. Then she changed her claim and said that there was an issue because of the type of policy I have and that they needed to verify my co-pay, etc. But he was right there with it pulled up for them to view. They were completely dismissive of my husband and the fact that I was sitting there in great pain. During all of this, the ladies behind the counter were having personal conversations, calling about their eye glasses, taking care of their own personal business. After 15 more minutes, I asked my husband to retrieve my ID and insurance cards from receptionist. We left.

I saw David Wright -PAC for an acute musculoskeletal problem. He was quick but precise and kind. I didn’t get the nurses name, but she was also very kind. I commend the whole staff, they were extremely busy and having some technical issues, but still very professional. Grateful AOC has an urgent care for untimely, acute orthopedic matters. Thank you AOC!

The support staff, from check in to X-ray, is excellent, caring and efficient. The PA, Brandon Vlahos, is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. He takes time to answer all of your questions and seems genuinely vested in your immediate and long term recovery. I could not recommend this facility any stronger. If I could, I’d give them all 5 stars and one more just for being the best!

I fractured my scaphoid bone falling off a hover board. The PA treated me kindly and was very detailed in the plan of treatment. My only issue is the restriction on adequate pain medication, but that wasn’t her fault. It’s more than likely the policy of the practice. Other than that, I was very pleased with my experience

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care I received during my recent visit. This experience was not only unhelpful but also deeply dehumanizing. Over a year ago, I underwent major surgery at AOC. Since then, I have experienced more pain than before the surgery—pain that has become debilitating and significantly impacts my ability to walk or engage in daily activities. Despite this, the PA I saw was dismissive, inconsiderate, and showed no willingness to hear or understand my concerns. I felt completely disregarded. He failed to provide any meaningful evaluation or treatment—he did not even offer basic support like wrapping my ankle or addressing the severe pain I reported. This lack of empathy and care is unacceptable. I am still in pain and no closer to understanding what’s wrong or how to manage it. This provider does not take my condition seriously and does not provide the attention and care I deserve.

This was an excellent choice when a bike accident caused me a great deal of pain. I was able to go in and be checked out in a few minutes rather than a few days. It also kept me away from the emergency room. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. This urgent care clinic is a great idea.

Fast service and very professional! Everyone was very compassionate. I felt my needs were met and although there weren’t a lot of people there at that time they didn’t act any different when I have come before and they were busy.

This particular clinic is amazing. No more going to the ER or Minute Clinics just to get a “please follow up with an orthopedic doctor”. It’s all in one. X-rays, doctor, splinting. I received excellent care and everyone was helpful, …
