Absolutely horrible!! I came in for a reading of my MRI results. I accept my responsibility that I was late but let’s identify that I was late because I was told over the phone that my appointment was at 12pm. Additionally, I went to the wrong floor which I stayed in that space for 7 minutes while waiting to check in and then I was told my appointment was in a different location. Arrived, checked in, then I wait for 16 minutes before they decide to tell me that they aren’t going to see me. Ashley is who apparently told them that they weren’t going to see me. I asked to speak with Ashley but she stated she wasn’t coming to speak with me. I want to identify that upon my arrival to the facility there was one person in the lobby and I also overheard the staff stating that they weren’t busy “it’s a slow day”. To top it off- I was speaking with a Caucasian female initially but I guess the color of my skin made her feel unsafe so she had an African American come to speak to me. I would like to add that the African American that came to speak with me was extremely polite and was very professional as I requested my medical records. She helped me complete the form and explained how it work. I have had a couple poor encounters with the whole AOC/SPARC system that is dated back to when my daughter was under their care and I switched her to a facility in Atlanta. Although I couldn’t locate nor did I see the late policy, there are always exceptions. Reading an MRI result…. I am not in the medical field but I am certain that this isn’t a long appointment. Also- most appointments that I have gone to, I am never seen at the time of my appointment-I always have to wait. Moral of the story is- be respectful of others time and don’t be a professional that lacks personal empathy for mistakes that all humans make.

It was my honor to be seen by Dr. Stephen Johnson today. I have lived long enough to know not to take things for granted. You cannot assume that you will see a doctor and feel that they listened to you for understanding and took the time to answer all your questions. I sincerely appreciate knowing that I can count on Dr. Johnson. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you, Dr. Johnson.

Went to get my knee looked at. Told them I’ve already done pt twice. They said they didn’t know what it was and signed me up for another round of pt. Went to a doctor in Atlanta and he figured it out almost immediately.
