Excellent service in the front desk. Those ladies helped me with to find the most convenient way to pay for the services. Waiting time less than 10 min. Nurses are very polite and highly professionals. Dr. Denise Taylor took the time to explain me in detail my situation and the options related. She shared with me imaging reports and gave me clear information and directions for further treatment and follow up of my case. I’m very satisfied with the service provided.

I would have put zero stars... that is how horrible they are. I have a diagnosis of premature parietal lobe brain atrophy. They never let me see my scans compared to 5 years ago with a doctor. I saw a PA and they lied about doing a review of systems and physical exam that they did not do. It could make me lose disability and falsified my medical records. Then they said a recheck in 4 months and never even called about my Amyloid PET scan of my brain to follow up. And the recheck would be with the PA again. I specifically asked to sit with a doctor and have him show me a comparison of my scan in 2019 and the one now in 2025 so I could see the progression and they refused to set that up. They even contradicted their own self by saying I denied anxiety, depression, and joint pain, while even saying that there was a recent neuropsyche eval with the anxiety and depression as diagnoses, and I have a genetic joint disorder. They made up a review of systems and never asked any of it and said everything on every system that I denied any symptoms. NOT TRUE... they never asked any of it. Lying in my medical record is Medical Fraud. I asked them to correct it and sent the corrections, but probably they won't. They fired me rather than give me basic care and respect. They should be shut down!

There is no way they have 4.6 stars. They must be deleting reviews. Zero stars is too many. ‼️After spending months on a wait list, I have NEVER seen any doctor be SO dismissive. That's not even the word, there is something beyond that. Dr. Mitchell will smile in your face, and tell you you're fine, no exam, no tests, no rational, LITERALLY SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS just "I don't know, I can't explain it. You just have headaches, nothing to do, you've had it for so long, you're fine." Don't waste your time, don't waste your money. And DONT PUT YOUR TRUST OR LOVED ONES CARE IN THESE PEOPLES HANDS. If you INSIST on going, record everything.

Hailey and Mary have been so good with treating my children over the years. Hailey is very thorough with explaining everything. She will answer all of my questions with great knowledge. They care a lot about everyone they see. I could not ask for better people to treat my two children. 💜

I have been a patient here for 38 years. I recently had a visit and was asked to complete registration online, which I did. Upon arrival, the registration only transmitted partially and I was asked to go through the process again (around 15 min process). Only after doing so, was then told that the window had passed and they would have to reschedule me. This visit was after a medical issue and they refused based on a policy of a few minutes when their technology failed. I demanded my medical records and will not be back.

I don't even know where to begin with this review. This might be long. I started seeing Dr. Poling and Holly Collier when I was about 18 (14 years ago) for migraines. They were always good about managing them. I felt listened to and that they cared. Everything changed last year. I woke up with a new very strange headache. After testing to eliminate every other possibility they brought up a possible spinal fluid leak. All my other specialists also thought it was a leak. But then they did a brain MRI, and it came back normal, so they decided nope, it must just be a weird migraine. The problem is I read extensive studies from Stanford and Duke universities that at least 25% of people with leaks have normal brain scans. I brought it up to them, concerned that they were dismissing it as a possibility without even scanning my spine to be sure. But they were very dismissive of the studies. Dr. Poling even said, "it's not what I was taught in school, so it's not true." What??!! Medicine is constantly learning new things. He went to school decades ago! Spinal fluid leaks have only had good research in the last decade or so. Finally I wanted to be referred elsewhere because all they were doing is trying more migraine meds on me while I insisted to deaf ears that it was NOT a migraine. The first two places they tried to send me to were out of state and so not covered by insurance and crazy expensive. I asked for something in Georgia. No referrals were sent even though they said they'd get right on it. Weeks went by with me calling and leaving messages asking on the status. Finally I stopped getting my calls returned. I gave up on them and went to my other specialists to ask for help. Thankfully one of my other doctors was very fast to send me to a new neurologist. I went over the case with him, and he was appalled that they had said a clear brain scan always means no leak, and that no low pressure in a lumbar puncture means that (even though all research shows there's no relevance to those, and I got a lumbar puncture for no reason). He said, "Are they stupid? They must be stupid. Do they not keep up with research at all?" He brought on a neurosurgeon, I had my spine scanned, and *GASP*... I had a massive fluid leak. Because of course I did. I was bordering on suicidal from pain at this point. Finally a few weeks ago, a full year after the headache started, I got it patched. I feel like a new person. I'm probably going to need surgery for a more permanent fix, but for now I have relief, no thanks to this awful, horrid place. And if all of that isn't enough, 2 years ago a different brain MRI showed a small mass in my brain. They were very insistent that it was just a cyst and not something to worry about so long as it didn't grow. Well I just found out that no, I have a freaking BRAIN TUMOR!! For two years I've had a brain tumor and not known. So screw this place, screw Dr. Poling and Holly Collier for refusing to keep up with the changes and developments in medicine, screw them for dropping patients without a word, screw them for abandoning someone in a suicidal amount of pain. Don't go here. I know St. Mary's neurology takes ages to get into, but it's worth the wait. It's better to have to drive all the way to Atlanta than to go here. Your health is too important to risk it. If you have a very simple problem they can help, but DON'T come here for anything more complex.

Highly recommend finding another neurologist if possible. My daughter has epilepsy and we did genetic testing. She had mutated genes but was told that was not the cause of her epilepsy. Went to CHOA and was told that those mutated genes 100% cause the seizures…felt like he just wanted to push a certain medication and be done with it! She was in fact BORN with epilepsy but was told “we can’t understand why she’s having seizures” 🙄

If I could give zero stars I would. I am absolutely disgusted with how my parents were treated today after waiting months to be seen. I understand there are long waits to see specialists. HOWEVER, they sent my very VERY sick dad away today due to unfinished registration ( half done ) paperwork that was sent to his phone 30 minutes before his appointment and my parents live almost an HOUR AWAY!! My dad is unable to operate a cell phone well due to NEW very bad tremors he has which is one of the reason he was going to see neurology AND he also had just fainted over the weekend. They were also 4 minutes late due to my mom having to get my father’s wheelchair and my father out of the car. I work in healthcare and have never seen such lack of care. Shame on this practice.

Honestly, stay AWAY from this sleep clinic! They do not return calls for information and I've been waiting almost 3 months since my sleep study! Are they just "churning" Medicare? One wonders!
