One of the only few places That's stores vehicles. After searching high and low I was able to find them and the representative who helped me Ms. Toni Jeannette was awesome!!! I am disabled and she was so understanding and helpful with my circumstances. Even though there was issues with the computer system she made sure the issue got resolved properly. I have an extreme phobia of cockroaches and when we were unloading, there were cockroaches in the boxes(which got out and hid in the room) including spiderwebs and cockroach poop. Needless to say unloading my things was 10x more stressful. I understand it is outdoor storage but come on.

I rented downtown and there was a leaky roof. All of my stuff had mold on it. My compensation for running almost all of my belongings was 1 month free rent. Went to move my stuff out and leaves has fallen from the top, all over my couch and mattress. Spider webs everywhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It's a storage facility, my experience was that I put things inside a lockable room. The rooms themselves are inside a chain link fence accessible through a locked gate controlled by a keypad. The fence and gate are added security in my opinion. Can't give 5 stars because I didn't exactly 'love it'. I trust it but love is a little much.
