It’s always fun to go to the store and find some unique piece that may or may not be cheaper than the same piece would be at Goodwill or Junk In The Trunk. This staff are delightful. We don’t go too often because we know we’re probably gonna buy something when we go

I want to love this store, the man who seems to run it is so nice, but the last few years prices have gone up so much on vintage items and it’s all justified by “eBay comps”. As a thrift store it’s supposed to be exciting finding rare or valuable items at a cheap price, but when they’re listed at reseller values it just doesn’t seem thrifty anymore and takes the fun out of it. However, I’m giving 3 stars instead of 2 because you can still get good household items, furniture and movies for a good price.

Love this place. Great reasonable prices and good quality stuff. I go every chance I get. Not as often as I like but when I can. Much better than the one in Commerce. Prices are much better than the Commerce location also. There is also much better choices than the one in Commerce also.

Update: Thank you for responding - this makes me glad when a company stands behind its mission and yes, I would be glad to offer more information in the hopes of creating a better experience for others moving forward. I appreciate your time and look forward to helping any way I can. Collected items over several months and came to donate some brand new and gently worn items including new towel set, new twin bedding with blanket, frames, candles, clothes, shoes, household items, humidifier, etc. Upon arrival, no signs of humans but after a few minutes a young man came out from around a gated area to collect the donations. After a little small talk, the young man grabbed two of the smaller bags and as he tossed them (yes, tossed) into a nearby shopping cart, one of the bags did not make it; landed on the ground and broke many items in the bag into pieces. Oddly enough, there was no apology...he just simply went about his day and left the items broken on the ground. I asked the young man if he was going to bring the other items up underneath a covered area as to not be left out in the elements since there were items that would be damaged if left out. The man shrugged but didn't move. At this point I decided to just put all the donations up under the awning myself. I know not everything that is donated is in mint or new condition but these are still items that other people can use and in no way should they be destroyed by the place that's accepting them as a donation. I donate items of good to great quality; nothing broken, nothing torn or ripped, items functioning as they should and working as they should, clean, etc and oftentimes new items. I've never donated to this spot before and had seen good reviews online so I drove out of my way to donate here. The way in which the donation was handled was not acceptable in my view. Sad that these wonderful donated items will now be thrown out, instead of being donated and used by someone else as originally intended because of a workers carelessness. As for my future donations, I will continue to donate....to facilities that are more thankful to receive.

Amazing service. We bought a desk that was just too big for my car and the GM hopped in a truck and took it to our house without hesitation. Best selection of furniture for any thrift store in Athens

Told me I could donate a mattress and when I brought it they said I had to donate some money. I agreed to $20 but had to pay $32?

Good store with an inventory that changes all the time. If you don't see something, just ask. I was looking for handles for my new kitchen cabinets and did not see anything at all. I asked, and I was able to go into the back sorting room and was given boxes and boxes of handles to look at. Some things are new in the box, some items are never used but outdated. Check out their silent auction display at the front of the store. It's collectible items that are fun to look at.
