I've been a patient at this practice for 10+ years. I see Dr. Bullecer 95% of the time. She explains things to me and remember my life as if I'm her only patient. Sometimes, she talks kind of fast but over the years, we've developed a relationship where she knows when to slow down so I can understand! I've seen the nurse practitioner once and she was very informative as she told me about a new medication to help with a phase of my life that I thought was well over with. As for the nurses and medical assistants, I can't sing their praises enough. A special shout out to Jennifer who always returns my calls, keeps me updated on insurance issues when something needs special approvals as well as follows up when I need an Rx called to my pharmacy. I go to the Monroe office and I live in Covington. I will continue to take that drive as long as I'm able!🥰

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Paradela almost as long as when I moved to Athens in 2015. Dr. Paraded is the best. He is caring and listens, which is more than most Doctors do. I trust him absolutely. I have never had a physician before as caring as he is . His nurses are the greatest also. I know they have had problems with office staff, however, that seems to be a problem with most Doctor’s Offices. The main thing is the Doctors and Nurses who work there. They’d the ones who offer the care. God Bless all of you and thank you. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

This review would be less than this if it weren't for the Nurse Practitioner. Nurse Gladys was horribly rude to me when I tried asking her questions about my mom. She even had the nerve to say she was done talking to me (as I reminded her that she wouldn't want that done to her if it was her mom having problems). People like her shouldn't be in the nursing field if the patients aren't her priority!!

I can't speak to the level of care at this practice yet but their receptionists sure are terrible at making appointments. And the lack of concern about continuity of care for elderly patients who are relocating from another state is actually alarming
