Lily Lozano helped us today with registering our new-to-us car, and she was so incredibly kind and patient as we had to sort through a glitch in the paperwork, and rather than giving up and having us sort it out ourselves, she took time to go back and ask her colleagues to help figure out the problem so we were able to get it all done today. She was full of smiles, humor, and just a great person to work with on what could have been a very dull and frustrating necessary errand. Thanks for helping us this morning, Lily!

If I could give it zero stars I would. The lady who sits at window 2 is a rude, old-fashioned maid. Just because the vehicle title was from Puerto Rico, she wants it changed because she doesn't understand English, at least she should have been considerate and used a translator like a professional is supposed to do. Afterwards, she is arrogant and tells you to have a nice day. I hope they close this office.

I have never gone to this office and not walked out with what I came for. Everyone who works in Thai office is extremely professional helpful and friendly. They are the best!

Went to renew the stickers to my vehicles and right beside the entrance door is this sign. This is beyond discrimination because why is it in spanish and saying if you dont speak english, then please bring an interpreter with you? You guys work for the government and dont want to do your job? This is beyond ridiculous and i will file this complaint further because why not assist them? Or anyone regardless of their language And why just in spanish? Why isnt there a sign with any other language? Yeah this is racism at its finest.

Don’t listen to these bad reviews at all! The ACC Tag office has been nothing but amazing every time I’ve been. I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Teresa today and she was nothing but amazing! Y'all have struck gold with her and she really represents your office very well!

Went into the Tag office to get My tag one lady turned me away with little to no details on how to fix my situation very unprofessional and would not further assist me. Walking off, I decided to stop at another booth to get a second opinion and Mrs Juliette Gates went above and beyond to tell me all the necessary steps to get my tag even assisted me with the process. She was Very professional and had Great Customer Service. So glad the world has people like her that cares. 5 stars too Mrs Juliette

Thank you Motor Vehicle Registrar Ms. Teresa Hayes! I came to the tag office woefully under prepared. I was transferring my out-of-state car to the Peach Tree state and didn't have my title. I thought I did - but I was wrong. Ms. Teresa was the epitome of grace, kindness, and patience always giving me a warm smile as she explained what I had to do in the strong likelihood that my previous State of Florida hadn't printed one out for me. I left the facility to roust through my business files and returned triumphant with the title in hand. Ms. Teresa was as joyful as I was that I didn't have to contact the DMV in Florida and go through what would be, we both knew, a sticky mess. My car is plated! Mission accomplished! And zero drama. Kudos to you Ms. Hayes. I'm so glad I was able to do business with you on a rainy Georgia morning.
