Bought my equinox from Athens Chevy back in 2022. My ac compressor recently went bad. I had a Great experience with communication over the phone and in person with service. All questions about billing and the bill breakdown was answered effectively. Plus the warranty company was super easy to work with. The maintenance process was also very smooth and done in decent time. Very pleased with Athens Chevy!

I work two jobs and don’t have time to sit around all day haggling over a truck. The crew here made it easy—Jacob, our salesman, was great to deal with and super friendly. Mike, the manager, made the deal simple and straightforward. We had a fair price from the start—no games, no runaround. Update: in response to athens Chevrolets reply I’ve attached the warranty paperwork. My experience was an absolute HEADACHE. My tire is still under warranty, the service adviser AND the service manager who have YEARS of experience in the service industry both said they had no idea how to file a claim for my tire. I had to pay for the tire and installation just to leave with my car. The parts manager was very rude when I requested his assistance. I had to call the warranty company MYSELF and the agent informed me that it was a very easy process and took about five minutes to complete the paperwork to claim the tire. I will NEVER recommend athens Chevrolet to anybody that I know for ANYTHING, in fact I will recommend the exact opposite. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would!

Everything seemed to be going good until the finance manager came out to talk to me. He was so rude thirsty and disrespectful towards me. I have purchased two vehicles from Athens Chevrolet in the past and It must been before he got there because the other finance managers were great. I would not advise anyone to go here and buy a car because if you change your mind that's when he starts talking down to you like you are nothing and being very disrespectful and rude. He definitely needs to get to get a life.

Their customer service was excellent. They got me in ASAP and took care of the problem within an hour and a half. I had called other Chevrolet dealers and they were saying it was at least a month out and that they’d have to keep my car for a week or two. Thanks for speedy service!

Bought a car from them they told me everything that was good but never told me nothing. That was bad. Went back over there to get them to find out what was going on with my car. The Mann assistant manager said as is wouldn’t do anything wouldn’t consider doing anything so I will never go back to Athens Chevrolet again and buy a car from them. They suck I found out what the problem was. My wheel was about to fall off. I could’ve been killed. Thanks a lot.

There is not an option for zero stars! Please, if anyone reads these. DO NOT buy a used vehicle from these CLOWNS! 1. Overpriced 2. They do not inspect their vehicles before they sell them 3.this is not fact, but I personally believe they deleted the transmission codes in my truck before I bought it!!! $8600 later, it runs great. This is after 5 weeks of owning it! GO TO AIKENS CHEVROLET IN COMMERCE!

Ya'll this dealership straight up makes anyone else look terrible. We've been dealing with a few & were frustrated just conversing through email. We walked into the Athens Chevy with two vehicles in mind, not even looking to really buy today. Test drove both & picked the Equinox. Garrison helped is get the price we wanted & Anthony made the money part so easy. Absolutly zero pressure tactics & very personable to talk to. Hands down the BEST experience ever buying a vehicle.
