Beyond awful! Should have no stars! They are charging me for a CPAP monthly but won't tell me how much it cost in total. They didn't tell me how much it cost when they gave it to me. And they charge me separately for the humidifier that is in the machine and it cost way more than I could buy it for myself. When I have called to ask how much the machine cost so I can figure out how long I have to pay them monthly they tell me I have to call insurance. But insurance can't tell me how much it cost and tells me that's something the provider can tell me. I'm just being blindly charged for a machine. This is nuts! And the staff is rude!

I would give zero stars if I could to the red headed office clerk/manager! She was extremely dismissive, unhelpful and rude. Made my grandmother and myself feel uncomfortable and she seemed very uninformed and uninterested when I asked her relatively straightforward questions about her care. The rest of the office seemed okay, the doctor was great but that young lady does not need to be in this line of work with her distaste for healthcare!

Dr. Das is amazing. His office staff is NOT!! I needed medical release for surgery. I faxed and emailed the release for 3 weeks!! Every time I called to follow up I was told they never received it. Two days prior to my surgery the finally responded to the email. They stated they did not like the form and would not be filling it out. I explained again the information that was needed. I said I would be at the office first thing in the morning to get the information. After arriving to the office it was still not ready. They didn’t know when it would be. They refused to ask the doctor for it. They have been sitting around chatting all morning. My surgery will be postponed due to their negligence. This is the third issue I have had with the office staff not following through with insurance or medical clearance. I am afraid I will have to find a new doctor. I truly like Dr. Das but the office staff is becoming too much to deal with.

Rudest staff and don’t give a care attitude I have ever seen. Year after sleep study, nobody had called me back. I tried calling several times but kept being told very rude like that they would call me. We finally get an appointment, year later and nobody has a clue what’s going on or the price the machine will be. Yes, we changed drs.

I would give zero stars if I could. I liked Dr. Das, but his office is impossible to work with. They were supposed to order sleep study three weeks ago, and after calling multiple times a day, they still can't tell us if it was even ordered yet. The person who knows is out of town, then they're not in office, then they put you on hold till you get disconnected. They don't return calls and the only person who you can talk to knows nothing, and the person who supposedly knows is unreachable. They behave as if they're going out of business and not telling the patients. I have to start the process over again with another doctor. Do not start with them and waste valuable time not being treated.

We had a sleep study completed at this office. The staff is so friendly, goes the extra mile to help with any questions you may have. Prior to the testing, Doctor was informative, took the time to really break down the information to us, and was empathetic toward said concerns. I felt a relief in our similar beliefs vs. feeling unheard or just like a number (like some offices can feel). The office is clean & well organized. -I will add the patient was a child and they go above & beyond to make them comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommend!

Saw Dr. Das for a sleep for my son and it went well. I decided to see him for my sleep apnea as well. Everyone in the office was super nice. Front staff was very calm and professional with an ugly patient. It took a couple weeks for us to get confirmation of insurance approval and get scheduled for our sleep study but it wasn't that bad. I do have a friend who never got called back from them for his. They make you schedule another appt to get your results. If you haven't met your out of pocket that's something to be aware of. When I got stuck out of town I had to email the office to reschedule my appt. Dr. Das replied rather quickly via email and CCd the OM to ask her to rescheduling. The OM also replied rather quickly. They were even great about moving it to telehealth when I sprained my ankle moments after getting home. Dr. Das showed no offense and was happy to reexplain when I let him know that I couldn't understand him because of his thick accent. He did a great job clarifying and did it in understandable terms. Also, the sleep study staff were absolutely wonderful. They were super sweet and very accommodating. Weeks later, I needed some tests run and forms filled out for an eating disorder program and my PCP couldn't get me in for a month. Dr. Das is also listed as an internist so I decided to give them a call. They were so nice on the phone, very patient with me. She asked if I wanted to switch to Dr. D as PCP and I told her I was open and would see how it goes. I loved my PCP at that time HOWEVER he seemed to be getting tired of me advocating for myself and it felt like he was brushing my blood sugar issues under the rug. I had my first PC appt a few days later. I was expecting to get everything filled out and all the tests run that day, but he ended up just doing basic questions that day and ordering lab tests. He said he would do the in-office tests I needed, along with filling out the papers when the lab results came back. Unexpected but fair. He also asked in that first PC appt if I'd be switching over to him for Primary Care and I told him I would be open to that. He said he could see me for my asthma too so I wouldn't have to go to the pulmonologist. When the lab work came back I went in for my results, ekg, the bp and heart rate tests, and to get the papers filled out. Dr. D almost forgot to do the bp and heartrate tests and then didn't follow the instructions (I was supposed to lie down for five minutes before checking them standing and he only had me lie down for a minute tops. Dr. Das explained my lab results well, made a diagnosis on the blood sugar, and recommended shots. They faxed my paperwork off for me. After getting my shots approved and filled I emailed the office to ask if I should keep taking my metformin I was already on. I never heard back. One month later the pharmacy said they couldn't refill my rx. I called insurance and found out it's because of FDA limits on the starting dose. I left a message on the app explaining and asked if they wanted to up my dose, take me off, or send in medical proof that I needed to stay on the starting dose. I even offered to move my follow up to come in sooner if they wanted to see me before changing the dose. I also called and left a message on the nurse refill line. Several business days later there was no answer. After a week I tried an email before I left another message on nurse line. No answer. Each time I explained very clearly what Cigna told me. The pharmacy even sent them a fax. No answer. If you've changed my health plan on me just call and let me know. But why is a dr's office that practically begged me to switch to them for PC suddenly ghosting me because an rx they wanted me on needs to be updated due to FDA regulations? Update: Is has since all been blamed on the OM leaving and all massages (including the nurse refill line voicemail) being auto transferred to the OM.

The staff is amazing, Dr. Das was great, and the office is beautiful! The only thing I can say that wasn't the best is the recliner when I stayed overnight with my son. Don't get me wrong it was great to sit in, but not good for sleeping. The sleep tech was great with helping my son (7) feel comfortable and at ease. She was great at explaining the process to us. My experience: Overall cleanliness 10/10 Overall friendliness 10/10 Overall experience with staff 10/10 Overall comfort for overnight stay 5/10 (Only for the recliner, the bed my son had was amazing.) I highly recommend this group, but I suggest not sleeping in the recliner. I will return for a follow-up in 3months.

I like the atmosphere and the nurses were friendly and professional. The check in process in house was smooth and quick. I recommend to whom it concerns to check them out and get evaluated. I understand that all doctors have to manage there time but Dr Das took the extra time needed to ask question and listen to me so he can help better diagnose me. Today visit meet my expectations now its time to start the process .

They staff that checked me in were very friendly and very social instead of being all business and only addressing me when they need something from me. The nurse that took my vitals and info about the reason for my visit was also very nice. She took my blood pressure in a way that didn't cut off my arm, and smiled and talked while she worked. The doctor was more business like, but I appreciate that because I had 100% of his attention. I felt I was the only person that mattered in that moment, and he took my concerns seriously. He also took the time to walk me through the process so I know what to expect. He made sure I understood that he has solutions to my concerns not just my diagnosis. I was very comfortable with everyone there. My only downside was parking is a little tight since the spaces are small, and this complex is very busy.
