Bobby always takes care of me! He is by any means the absolutely best employee I've ever had help me at ANY Company! I do not know if he is the manager of this location, however he is definitely Manager material. Give him a raise and keep him around for a very long time please. He is the reason I drive past two other locations to come to this one.

Matt was absolutely amazinggggggg!!!! I came in after losing my phone, and Matt modernized our plan so that I could get a new phone today, which is huge for me as a college student. I was at a loss, but he completely saved my day. He was so kind and understanding, the perfect person to talk to. The bill stayed the same, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped me trade in an old iPhone 13 for a 16. The whole transaction took about 45 minutes and my new phone was ready to work. NOTE: I messed up the text survey and accidentally rated Matt 1 instead of 5. He is an excellent employee.

AT&T has been notable for their poor customer service. I didn’t know anything about this reputation but after my visit I definitely agree to that. Workers were very rude and not helpful at all. Waste of time to visit. I’m just going to switch to T-mobile or Xfinity. I think they are cheaper and better service overall.
