I had one of the worst experiences at this AT&T store. I went in simply wanting to upgrade my phone on an existing line, but was told I’d have to add another line just to be able to buy a phone for the line I already have. That makes absolutely no sense and felt like a shady sales tactic. On top of that, the employee helping me was extremely rude and dismissive the entire time, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. Instead of helping, I felt pressured, brushed off, and unwelcome. Definitely not how you should treat loyal customers. I’ll be looking at other providers.

When I say this store and atmosphere is top-tier. There are several AT&T stores, but this is the only one that I choose to go to the new management team is amazing. They are very knowledgeable about things that AT&T promotions and they try to get you the best quality for your service. I just recently went in because my daughter had broke her phone and what at some stores might have taken you hours to get handle. It took us exactly 45 minutes. I am truly grateful and thankful for the way that Michelle and her team handled this situation now I wasn’t the only person in the store so when I say they can multitask and they can multitask thank you and I will be coming back again And again

Had no intention to actually finish the job or service us for what we intended to receive as customers. Company policies made employees unable to properly service us made for a very uncomfortable time. Employees at this location are not at fault. However there will never be a good excuse for at&t as a company to waste our personal time by being unwavering and unwilling to accept reality of the interaction and situation. We tried to transfer a line from Verizon and do it online and were able to go through every process for the line transfer however it was canceled at the end of each attempt on At&ts end. No proper explanation or path to correction was ever realized. Lots of time wasted and priority was on the company getting the sale. Will probably not ever return to this company due to bad policies and practices. Again, no fault to the employees. They did their best. I'm leaving the review here because we were required to come in person after many hours of attempts on our own and had spent additional time with this company in person at this location

Pleasantly greeted immediately. Busy but reasonable wait time. Sales person and the Manager was able to resolve my issues with a smile. Another satisfied AT&T customer! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Consistently terrible experiences. Most of the staff bounces between indifferent and rude. The most recent issue was when we went to get a phone upgrade. The guy got my wife to upgrade to the newest phone because they said it would be free when she turned in her old phone. Got the new phone and they sent her home with the old phone because the transfer was not complete snd it was being slow. When we brought the old phone in a different person (bald with a beard) told me that her phone was not actually worth anything, they would not honor the deal we made, and the phone they gave her would be full price. When I said they told is it was good for the trade in and that is the reason we got the phone we did, he (bald with beard) told me that he didn’t care what someone else had said, that that wasn’t him and he was saying the phone was worthless. When I started to get upset he said that it wasn’t his problem and he more or less did not care. The manager also said we wouldn’t be getting anything for the phone and he didn’t care what his sales person told us. This store is the reason people hate AT&T.

I came here to upgrade my phone while in town for a conference after I fell and cracked the screen on my 6-year-old phone. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I had no wait for my 9am appointment that I'd made the night before (granted, this was on a Tuesday morning in the middle of summer). They had a good selection of devices, and I was surprised to be able to actually get the Samsung phone I'd had my eye on instead of settling for something else in stock. The agent who helped me (I wish I got his name) was knowledgeable and even made sure I knew to check for a discount from my employer. I highly recommend this store.

I visited the AT&T store on Epps bridge today. For the first time, I was impressed! Mr. Duvoughn Campbell went above and beyond to help me. He listened, took my needs into consideration and gave me options and followed through, and most importantly didn’t let me leave until it was taken care of; wow this is what customer service is like! I am grateful for you today Duvoughn! AT&T has you to Thank! I’m coming back because of you! 😊 Keep being awesome!

I was looking to upgrade my iPhone today. When I walked in and was about to sign in a lady said can I help you. She looked me up and down (which was odd) and asked if she could help me. I said yes looking to upgrade my iPhone and she said someone will be with me. (Not very pleasant) I was like ok. She rudely said have a seat and walked off. I politely asked where should I wait because I wasn’t familiar at all with cell phone stores. She reach out both hands wide and said rudely where ever you can find a seat. I was like ok so I just walked out. I work for a big company that has a huge Att presence with our employees. I’m rethinking of influencing our company to switch services. This was a wild experience of no customer service. I did not feel welcome at all.

This review is not specific for this location but for AT&T as a whole. A year ago, I separated from my ex husband which involved me transferring my cell phone service to a provider outside of AT&T. Myself and my ex husband had two cell phone services as well as an internet account with AT&T. When I completed transferring my cell phone to a different provider, I verified multiple times with AT&T employee that I did not need to do anything else on my end to no longer be financially responsible for the remaining single cell phone and internet services. I was assured that I had updated everything needed necessary to no longer be financially responsible and all services would be updated to my ex husbands information. A year later, I received a ding on my credit score regarding an AT&T account that was never paid that was sent to collections. When I reached out to AT&T about this, I was told that my name had never been removed from internet account, there was several months where there was internet service provided and bill was not paid. They closed this account due to not receiving payment after multiple attempts to notify me for payment. I verified with AT&T employee that I was told that my information was no longer financially responsible and never received any outstanding payment notifications. All information was updated to my ex husband who didn’t make the payments, while his name was not updated on account due to a form not being filled out on my end. I explained that this form was not brought up to my attention and verified in documented previous phone call AT&T employee looked up that this was accurate. With this issue sounding like miscommunication on AT&T not providing me accurate instructions on getting the remaining account updated with the correct information, I was told that I was still financially responsible for outstanding payment. I had been a long time AT&T customer prior without missed payments and there was no factors that altered AT&Ts response other than the services were provided, my name was attached to the account and I needed to pay the balance. I will not recommend AT&T to family and friends and will not be using them at any point in the future due to this experience.
