She took the time to explain where everything was located, how the pricing worked, and gave me all the details about the current sale. This review is updated as the 5 year warranty I bought doesn’t cover the zipper on arm rest after 14 months. Our salesman was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and got my delivery moved up after finishing my floor early. So far very happy with my purchase and delivery. Thanks

If you expect to actually receive your furniture you may need to either have the patience of a saint, the resilience of a shield wall, or the ability to take the floor model. I ordered a recliner in the first week of August. It was to be delivered mid month. They no call no showed. I called the day it was to be delivered and was told there was an issue and to pick a new date a week out. I took another day off work, and waited, nothing. Third time I called the day before it was to be delivered and was informed there was a back order and it could be delivered two days later. That would have been tomorrow. Having again heard nothing I called. They asked for an alternate phone number and moved the delivery day to Friday. The equivalent of 4 no call no shows over the course of a month and a half. If it's not at my house on Friday I'm just gonna see about taking the one off the floor until they get their act together.

Update 9/11: still waiting. They FINALLY picked up the broken recliner in 9/9. Still no refund. They are also claiming they refuse to refund the sales tax paid in the item. This is illegal and awful. STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!! Extremely Disappointed – Broken Recliner Delivered, No Support We were so excited to receive our new furniture from Ashley after spending over $4,000. Unfortunately, that excitement turned to frustration on delivery day when our recliner arrived completely broken — bent and unusable. The delivery person acknowledged the issue immediately, set it up anyway, and said he was submitting a ticket for the damage. Since then, we’ve contacted customer service multiple times and reached out to our store-level sales rep, but we've received no help at all. No updates. No resolution. Just silence. It’s incredibly disappointing to spend this much money only to end up with damaged furniture and no support from Ashley. We expected much better from a company of this size and reputation. At this point, we just want what we paid for — furniture we can actually use. Update 8/23. Multiple emails to the one you see below. No tech has come. No repair been done. We just want them to take this stuff away and allow us to purchase stuff we can use. Again- stay away.

I recently made a purchase and even opened up an Ashley furniture store credit card because of how pleased I was with the service. I did not need to do this, I could have purchased my order by cash. I had a pickup scheduled for Wednesday, however, I could not make it. I called corporate the day of pickup because the store did not pickup after multiple attempts. Corporate said I would be allowed to pickup on Saturday. Saturday rolls around and I have my truck and a trailer at the store to pickup. The once kind salesmen that sold my couch and recliner to me was now dismissive, telling me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes before the store manager came at me with an attitude about not allowing weekend pickups due to them being busy. This store manager did not appreciate that has tone and attitude were matched when told that a) corporate said I could pickup Saturday and b) I was not asking for any help. I had brought a friend and was picking up. The store manager still did not allow me to pickup my order and doubled down on his attitude once I told him that I was either picking up or canceling. He stated some store policy that, to my knowledge, I did not sign and was certainly not told about prior to purchase. This was an embarrassing situation to be in considering this manager had now garnered an audience of both customers and employees. This store had 7 employees not doing anything. So the statement of being too busy was false. I am now left with another search for furniture and a line of credit I will never use. I highly suggest any and everyone do business elsewhere considering the leadership at this store has a bully mentality and does not like having that energy met.

Great store! Beautiful showroom! We visited the Ashley store because another store from which I had purchased an Ashley piece, called me to tell me it had been discontinued. I went in thinking perhaps this store had it, which they did. From the moment we walked in, our experiences only got better. We were met by Bo, an experienced design specialist, who was able to readily assess our needs & tastes. He was able to find a choice that was so much better than our original and even saved us money! All in all, a great store that is really customer-centered.

Hannah was excellent. We moved into the area the day before and we needed all new furniture. She patiently helped us as we walked through the entire store as we looked at every bed, couch, chair, and table. She knew when to let us look around and when to come and answer my seemingly endless questions. Saturday night wasn’t enough time as we had to come back first thing Sunday morning. Our new home will have 3 rooms filled with new furniture from Athens Ashley Furniture all because of Hannah so thanks again.

I recently ordered $2400 dollars worth of furniture. One sofa and one loveseat. Paid an extra $300 to have it delivered. When the furniture came it was way to big for the space. I mentioned this with delivery driver, who could clearly see for himself when assembling the furniture that it wouldn't recline etc because they were literally on top of one another. He left and never mentioned anything about returns to me. I call only to be told that since it was delivered white glove delivery $300 that it couldn't be returned. So I paid a extra $300 to cancel out a return policy??? Then proceed to tell me the only time it could have been returned is if I refused delivery the day of. I ask as to why the delivery driver didn't tell me this was an option because he clearly seen it didn't work...and was told that they don't know the policy! If the Ashley Furniture people don't know the policy how are we as customers supposed to know! All I wanted to do was swap it for another piece. The supervisor "MAR" that I was transferred to was no help, very unprofessional in how he talked to me and even acted as if this was my fault that no one made me aware of this. Definitely will never be interested in doing business with them again if this is their level of professionalism. Which is bad because the furniture quality seems great!

Oneika Earl was our sales rep today. She was so pleasant. Always had a smile on her face. She met us at the door and showed us a sectional she thought we’d love. We were greeted with "hello and how may we help you". We told them we were here to see Jonathan and they paged him for us. Jonathan greeted us and took us to the mattress department. He guided us to the correct mattresses per our request. Discussed the differences and worked with us. Jonathan is polite, pleasant to work with and is knowledgeable about the store's merchandise. We enjoy working with Jonathan.
