This was my first time at the Athens office as soon as I walked in the office, the girls at the front desk look like they just got rolled out bed Their hair were messy their scrubs where wrinkle. I want to the back I was just in there for 10 minutes just to get referral out. I walk to check out the girl at checkout was very nice, but she looked very overwhelmed because there was this lady behind her micromanaging her she was very rude to her employees at That lady never smiled at me or said a word to me. I feel like I was being discriminated by her. She was being racist towards me I will never go back there. I asked what was her name and they say her name was Renee. that lady shouldn’t be working there. first impression counts a lot.

I usually have 3-4 bronchitis episodes a year as well as regular nose congestion. Dr. Ashton’s treatment plan, though long, is fantastic- no congestion and no bronchitis, not even a cold or allergies since my visit almost a year ago. Thank you Dr. Ashford.!

DR.Ashford sits down and talks with you about your ENT problems , explains thoroughly, and is very patient-oriented and caring. He gives you a good feeling that he sees you as a partner in your health care. The entire staff is great. Best ENT in Athens. Unfortunately, I have a type of vertigo that is difficult to "cure." I appreciate all of the tests that I received (and was referred out to get for the diagnosis) the MRI, the surgeries, and the willingness to see me when it flares up. Very thorough MD. I had no idea that vertigo was much worse than feeling "dizzy" until the morning that I got up and fell, unable to focus, sick to my stomach and unable to walk without assistance. We "manage" it since a nerve that relates to balance from my ear to my brain is apparently damaged somehow.

My one year old daughter had tubes put in this morning. The staff at the office were extremely caring and gentle with our sweet girl. They kept us well informed during each step. They let us know when she was asleep from anesthesia and immediately afterwards when everything was done. As a mom, this meant so much to me. Dr. Ashford saw my daughter two or three times before making a final decision on ear tubes. The process made me feel more confident that he was making a well informed decision. He wasn’t just trying to schedule another surgery. Thank you, Ashford ENT for making sure everything went smoothly.

We have some great ENTs in Athens. I can tell you the Ashford Clinic experience is a very different experience, in the best possible way, from initial contact to walk-out. The entire office staff makes you feel welcomed, as if you are a part of their family. You are NOT just some number on a paper or computer screen. I was able to schedule my first appointment quickly, and Brooke was fantastic with communication with me both via phone end electronically. I felt like they all listened to me carefully and used my verbal accounts/descriptions as data along with their own observations and tests (they can do a CT scan right on the first visit). I never felt rushed. Dr. Ashford did a turbinate reduction along with the balloon sinuplasty procedure in May, 2019. It could not have been any easier. I had ZERO pain from it (though Dr. Ashford gave a script just in case), and I was breathing better right after I woke up. They have their own surgery center there, so you get to bypass the hospital experience if you need surgery. I have struggled with chronic sinus problems for quite some time and I’m thankful for my experience with everyone at the Ashford Clinic. Give them a visit-they will take excellent care of you!

Dr Ashford and his staff are great! He takes the time to explain everything and make sure all questions are asked. My mother is a only Spanish speaker and he has the best patience as I translate all information for her. He has performed 2 surgeries on my mom and the follow up calls to check in on her really make you feel like they care for their patients. Finally after years of dealing with loss of smell my mother has regained her ability to smell thanks to Dr Ashford. Erica is great as well, she always makes scheduling so easy! Thank you Ashford ENT!
