I moved to Athens last year and needed a new PCP to help me manage multiple chronic conditions. I’ve been to 2 appointments so far. Both times I got my appointment quickly, did not have a long wait once there, and the staff was helpful. Dr. Butt was exceptional. Listened carefully, took the time I needed, and was friendly and efficient. He remembered me from my first visit and his notes were accurate and complete. I’ve seen tons of doctors and he is one of the best.

Awful! The billing dept is horrible. My family has insurance an every time we go in for a visit they tell us we owe so much money or have so many claims that they need so much money before seeing us! Then we go through the process of fixing it an showing we owe nothing! ( looking in their recipe books)!!! His wife is over the billing an can never get it right! Dr wise he is ok! Doesn’t seem to do much for what your complaining of except take this med or take that med. No scans or anything else to find the problem! Front office is extremely rude!! It’s bad when patients tell you they go through the same thing every month!!
