Disappointing customer service. I bought a Rifle paper goods key chain here 3 weeks ago for around $20, not cheap for a key chain. It broke this week and I went back to Archer hoping to exchange it for another of the same/a similar one. The very polite but entirely unhelpful salesperson recommended that I use pliers to reattach the charm to the key fob. She also stated since it had been used and I had no receipt there was nothing she could do. How would something break if it was unused? Why would I save the receipt? I expected a quality item that wouldn’t break. Also, if I wanted to have to use pliers on a $20 key chain I’d make my own. For a store that sells prettier versions of stuff you can get anywhere else, it seems a poor choice to treat a customer this way. I will not be going back. Frontier is down the street and has always handled issues with favor towards the customer.

The selection of items is disappointing. I’ve visited other branches and they have much more variety. Many items displayed aren’t easily merchandised, making it hard to find. When I was there, no employees were visible for a good 5 minutes while I browsed. That felt weird.

Amazing customer service and a great selection of goods. The salesperson there at the time assisted me in picking out gifts for my family and was incredibly helpful and informative.

Nice staff. Loved the pencil store. Prices are reasonable.

Everything is beautiful but I can't afford $20 for a pack of 8 note cards.

Staff were rather dry, they were more into talking to each other than to customer.
