I have had a great experience living here at Arbor Ridge. April has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from our first conversation. The maintenance team here has been so helpful, resolving all of our issues the day we submit a request. I love the layouts, there is a good amount of storage space and I especially love how spacious the kitchen is. These may not be “luxury” apartments, but for the price this spot can’t be beat!

These are really nice, refurbished apartments. The maintenance staff, especially CT and Jeff are so polite and helpful. My only criticism is the package room. You can’t get your package until the office is open and they aren’t open for long.

Where do I even start …if I could give a negative I would. My fiancé and I moved to this place thinking it was going to be great having our first place together after our engagement. And Lord how I can say we were both completely wrong. The photos and videos were taken within the first week of moving in and most of them are within the first couple of days. We first noticed our front door not closing latching so it wouldn’t close the only way to get our front door closed was the lock. And then we noticed the spot on our kitchen ceiling that was above our stove which we thought was potentially mold growing on that spot. We thought to ourselves “okay only a couple of things we will go to the front office and express our concerns” so we did. We were told by the property Manager that a maintenance guy would be out there that day. The same day we moved in not only we found those two major things wrong we begin to find a whole list of things wrong: -Our kitchen sink leaking which we were told by the maintenance guy at first that he didn’t think it was a leak until he looked at it a second time. -Our bathroom sink leaked which when they came to fix it it was so bad that as soon as the maintenance guy touched it it broke off. -our guest bathroom door wouldn’t close which my fiance had to fix himself -there was a really hard spot on our carpet in front of our guest bedroom door, which when maintenance looked at it we were told the carpets weren’t even cleaned. - there was a crack on the corner of our guest bedroom/ living room from top to bottom each side which tells me there was no caulking nor painting done The list goes on that we found on the day we moved in remind you. We waited until that afternoon to ask why we have not seen maintenance. We were told that they would be out there right away. We did not see maintenance until the next day in the afternoon. When maintenance came out we were told that the spot on our ceiling was old grease from the old tenants living there. OLD GREASE ABOVE MY STOVE. He told my fiance they could just paint over it and my fiancé is the one that said don’t you think you should clean it first before you just paint over it. My fiancé was told that a lot of things should have been done before we were moved in… which is funny because all these things we were finding should have been done according to the list “they checked” before move in day. The first day the maintenance guy came he only fixed our front door and we basically had to hound the office for something to finally be done with this list quickly. So the next day it took two hours for the maintenance guy to fix most things to this list. During this three day process we found more things. - my cabinets were coming off the hinges when opened which by the way was fixed with a chopstick - my towel rack I put one towel on and it broke it was held together with sticky pads -The main maintenance guy found the hole next to our water heater when he had to vaccum to clean around it. - my dryer was not drying my clothes because the dryer was so pushed back that the hose was bent - my air filters had not been cleaned nor my dryer filters - there’s a brown spot on the carpet in front of my door as well. - the paper on the door knob is outside on my balcony that they didn’t bother removing after painting - my ceiling fan was so loose that my fiancé had to tighten him self - my grandma helped me clean the apartment and if only I took a picture of the wipes that came off just the kitchen counters. - dead little roaches in the guest bathroom while cleaning and under my sinks I mean I could keep going, a lot of these things have been fixed after hounding the office and then the painter did come out as well and was told that carpet cleaning would be scheduled. It’s been a week and nothing on a scheduled appointment for carpet cleaning. We have called to see if we could at least get compensation on our rent for this and there has been complete miscommunication through out this whole process. My fiancé are completely unhappy! DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Arbor ridge is an amazing place to start getting back on your feet or for going back to school they have really been and still are an amazing complex. As long as you put in a maintenance order it will get fixed. They are here immediately as long as they know something is wrong. Jeff is awesome with my dogs!!! Not many tenants can say that anymore. Jeff and the crew are awesome!! I’ve been here since jun of 2024 I hear a lot of bad things most the time it’s the tenants anyway good job arbor ridge

On multiple occasions, this apartment complex has neglected to remove garbage from interior and exterior of buildings. They leave rotting meat and other food waste in the buildings for weeks at a time during hot summer months, despite being promptly notified of the situation. Their maintenance staff removes furniture and other trash and debris from the building and leaves mounds of it directly in front of people’s residences. This neglect leads to cockroach and other pest infestations that impact people’s health. They have failed to inspect/change my fire extinguisher for three years despite my telling them that it was missed. Management has absolutely does not care about any of these things and never provides resolution.

Move in went smooth would be nice if there was no parking allowed right in front of the doors had to let my couches go because I couldn’t get them up the stairs due to a car being parked right in front of of the stairs pretty much on the curb but other then that it was fine.

I want to take a moment to share my experience. With just 10 days until our new baby arrives, my partner and I were searching for a home for our growing family. The new management team Amy and Amanda welcomed us with open arms and facilitated an immediate move-in. They promptly addressed all the necessary fixes in our unit, and although one issue requires more time, the management team is going above and beyond to ensure our comfort until there’s a permanent solution. The previous management had neglected this place, but the new team is truly transforming it for the better. We deeply appreciate all your efforts! Your dedication and hard work shine brightly, and we are so grateful for such an outstanding management (Amy and Amanda) and the maintenance team. Your support makes an incredible difference, and we feel blessed to be part of this community. Thank you once again!

I’m not happy with the new management. They raise the rent while moving in immigrants. they acknowledge Hispanics and nothing for other so-called races that have been there over a year. New fees added all the times with minimal explanation given I’m not a happy tenant. I am not happy nor would I tell anyone to move here. All of my calls are screened so they will not talk with me directly. When I say fees they are going up on the water bill but it wasn’t a problem before this mass move in. Maintenance are rude and disrespectful. Also if you like not getting any sleep cause your neighbors make noise all night and day this is the place for you to live. I have not had a good night sleep since my upstairs neighbors moved in. I have written emails numerous times but to no avail. This place is horrible! Management will do nothing. As of 5/2/25 the situation with my neighbor is worst to no avail no one will make them comply with the lease they signed about noise and disruption of peace I have called the police they won’t make a report but will log the call because it’s more paperwork for them and these people know they live in a sanctuary town and they would rather let them harass me but if it was black people they would have gave us an quick call and threatened to put out black people immediately if we did anything close! I’m tired can’t sleep I have health issues now from no rest no peace. I fear for my safety my car has been vandalized and nothing has been done. Management told me I had to pay two months rent if I wanted to exit my lease early. I asked why would I have to pay when I’m not the reason for me needing to move. This is my experience that I’m sharing with people. I can’t seem to get away from this situation until my lease is up. Beware of what you may have to face.
