I will not do justice to articulate how wonderful my experience was with this company. They arrived a little early (so, ON TIME). They were very professional, respectful, polite and very efficient. Their transport equipment was clean and well maintained. The stretcher was very comfortable, for a stretcher. They drove very smooth and careful. My loved one was very pleased. Totally impressed!! I’ve never used a medical transport company. This was my first time and what a fabulous service they provided. My elderly father broke a hip so we needed help. He was awesome. Our first time he stayed with my father from the time he dropped him off until he brought him home now we all know that can’t happen all the time, but he had the availability and he used it He Helped me Maneuver my dad between walkers and wheelchairs and anything he needed I would highly recommend using this company if you need a non-medical transport company I will continue to use them as long as my father needs the help. They are highly professional and extremely courteous And not overpriced. Definitely worth checking into this company. Should you need a non-medical transport for a family member Or for yourself. I would highly recommend them

Unfortunately, Anza let us down twice. First, they were to pick up my mother from her rehabilitation facility and were 45 minutes late. The rehabilitation facility and Anza blamed each other. We decided to give Anza the benefit of the doubt and schedule them again when my mother was home and had another appointment. When they were more than 20 minutes late we left without them and did all the hard work ourselves. Thereafter, Anza blamed US for the misunderstanding, claiming we told them a different time to arrive. However, we had a copy of the text message that confirmed. Then, Anza reached out to us with an apology, pledging to make it right. Anza said they would call us later in the day but never did. Anza makes promises and delivers excuses.
