Dr. Margo is an amazing medical provider! Her office is CLEAN , well organized, appointments run on time, Medical Assistants are knowledgeable, and her bedside manner is top notch! They even had a squish mellow for my 11 year old to squeeze while getting the lidocaine injection and procedure completed! They even had freezy spray to make the lidocaine injection better!

Dr. Margo knew her stuff and knew it well. She quickly diagnosed my problem and stress the urgency to get treatment started so this would not turn into a bone infection. She was courteous, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the foot. She and her nurse both were spectacular bedside manner, A+

Was greeted as I entered office and a young lady named Alex took me back to a room to trim my toenails. She was very personable and did a good job on my nails. Then Dr Margo came in and trimmed the callouse on my left foot and she also did a good job. I always enjoy my visits with this office. Keep up the good work.

They cancelled my original appointment two hours before it was scheduled, that’s fine, there was an emergency surgery. But for the rescheduled appointment, I waited 50 minutes after my appointment time to be seen for 5 minutes and charged $600 for no solutions. It’s been a month, and I’m still trying to get them to send claims to my insurance so I can be refunded the portion of my visit the insurance covers. They also sold me very unhelpful “toe sleeves” and orthotics that don’t even fit in my shoes. The doctor was nice, and maybe she’s great at surgery, but the office visit was an awful experience. I recommend going anywhere else for general issues.

Everyone is caring and knowledgeable. I first visited the office of Dr. Margo Jimenez when I took my dad there. He is elderly and has dementia. Dr. Margo treated him with respect. Later on, when I broke my toe, I knew exactly which doctor I would choose for my foot care.

Their doctor and nurse are good, but beware of the horrible girl who works at the front desk/check out. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and is rude. She will curse you out.

Dr. Margo has that perfect combination of approachability and confidence that you want in a surgeon. She made me feel completely at ease while also instilling total trust in her expertise. I don’t live close to the clinic, but it’s absolutely worth the drive to see her and her amazing staff. Highly recommend!

The Athens, GA office is great. I had zero complaints and was very impressed with the staff. However, their corporate structure has issues. Not one of the numbers I found online was for the Athens office. They all forward you to the corporate line. It's ok for scheduling, but trying to get a message through to your actual podiatrist is basically a no go.

Talked me into an orthotic that cost $50 out of pocket. I couldn’t use it, tried to return it and they wouldn’t take it back or give me my money back even though I never used it. Call center is a nightmare! No one from the office EVER calls back regarding any kind of issue. Front office staff is very unprofessional and unhygienic.
