Becky at the front desk was very polite and helpful. She made checking in easy instead of frustrating! The atmosphere of everyone in the front office was positive and happy. My technician Justin made sure that I understood exactly what was going to happen at my appointment. He then made sure I was comfortable and ready before starting the scan. When the testing was over he also took the time to explain what happens next and to make sure t I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I left my appointment smiling! Absolutely wonderful experience. From the scheduling and appointment confirmation calls to the check in and the actual MRI I can’t say enough good things. The staff was professional and helpful. The MRI technician was absolutely wonderful. I was so nervous to have this done, but the tech made me very comfortable. He explained the process and told me what to expect before it happened and helped to calm my nerves. The MRI was done before I knew it. Thanks for a great experience.

The best experience I’ve ever had with any healthcare professionals! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The entire process was incredibly efficient—quick and smooth from start to finish. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful, and every team member involved in my brain MRI went above and beyond. I’m not exactly sure of the names of the two people who worked directly with me during the MRI, but they were the absolute best—so kind, compassionate, and clear in explaining every step of the process. I even noticed how genuinely caring more imaging staff were with other patients too. I’ve never experienced this level of care at any other facility. I was made to feel calm and at ease the entire time. I couldn’t recommend this place more for any type of imaging!

I wanted to take a moment to share my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent lumbar spine MRI. As someone who has undergone medical procedures before, I can confidently say that this was the best medical experience I have ever had. From the moment I made my appointment, which I had to change a couple of times, I was met with nothing but kindness and professionalism. The staff made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which is something I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find such a supportive environment in healthcare, and I felt cared for every step of the way. The MRI procedure itself was fascinating and MRI machine is state of the art. I was genuinely impressed by the level of detail in the report as well. It’s incredible to receive such comprehensive information about my results with definitions readily available for those big medical words and anatomy. I am thankful for the clarity it provided. I would have loved to see the MRI images as well, but being able to just understand the report was more than I could have hoped for. A special mention to the woman who conducted my MRI. Her sweet and kind demeanor made a world of difference, and I’m grateful for the compassion she showed throughout the procedure. It’s the little things that create a lasting impression, and she certainly left a positive one. All of the staff did. Thank you once again for providing such outstanding care. I am so thankful to God for leading me to this facility through my doctor’s recommendation. I am more than happy to share my experience with everyone I know. The facility at this location is always clean & the staff is amazing from scheduling to the actual imaging being done. The staff is always smiling, soft spoken, genuinely care about the service they provide and the care for the patients. Very pleasant and professional people as well as the experience that I have had here each time I had to visit here.

My whole experience was very pleasant with clear instructions upon registration and friendly staff. And I have discovered that using a Freestanding facility costs a whole lot less than using a hospital based facility.
