Just picked up my brand new glasses. The optometrist there fitted both pair for me and I was initially happy with them. I get home and the lens pops out of the frames. The lens doesn't even fit snuggly in the frames and rattles. Why didn't the optometrist catch this? Thought is okay with me having to drive half an hour there to pick them up, now having to go back and have these made the way they should've been in the first place. I'll go to Walmart instead in the future. Is expect something like this from Walmart, not a dedicated optical business... Will not do business with them anymore... We pay premium prices for substandard work anymore. Where's the quality? Because it's crap...

I have been going to America's Best since they opened, so that should tell you I'm old...lol. I have seen Dr. Mills for so many years first at the Gwinnett location and since the Athens location opened. He is wonderful!!!! I have always loved there frames for glasses except for this year. I feel they need better frames to pick from on the $89.00 choices, but that's just me. Since I only wear the glasses at home. Out and about I wear contacts. I love the the Athens office and that's why I drive the distance. Yes I could go to the Bethlehem location but I love the Athens location customer service so much better.

I 𝐀𝐋𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒 get my eyeglasses and exams from this amazing store! Today, I brought in two pairs of glasses that needed a little TLC (totally my fault 🤦🏼♀️). As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Claira’s warm smile and friendly hello! She was so attentive and really knew exactly what was needed. She quickly replaced my frames and even gave me extra cases for the new ones—how thoughtful! It’s wonderful people like her that keep me coming back. Oh, and a quick tip: when you buy glasses, definitely consider getting insurance! 😘

This was my first time using America's Best since I relocated from the north. The staff was phenomenal - Dr. Mills was thorough and knowledgeable, and the front of house staff was beyond gracious. Elena & Karina even helped me pick out frames when I couldn't decide! Everyone was so sweet, and the prices were an exceptional bonus.

I love America's Best and only get my glasses from there. Some of my glasses were bent, missing the nose pads and hurting my nose. A wonderful man in customer service named Christopher adjusted, cleaned and aligned my glasses making them all like brand new. I would also like to mention when I called to confirm some information, a young woman by the name of Clara answered the phone. Clara's voice and announcement were beautiful, crystal clear, professional, and she was ready to help.

Went in for an exam and to purchase glasses. No discount for those of us that have insurance I was told. Spent $365 on one pair of glasses after my insurance. Called Saturday to pick up my glasses as I work out of town and the website states they close at 7, spoke with Gwen who was very rude and said “well we are leaving at 6:30 today”. Came in today to get my glasses and the lenses were placed in the wrong frame. So now I have to go through the entire waiting process again. When I asked was a possibility of a partial refund due to the mix up on their side I was told no because I used my insurance although I also spent over $300 out of pocket. One and done for me and Americas Best.

I have been coming here for years, and it’s always a great experience. The service is great Dr Mills is always professional and friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Alicia is also another amazing person that helped me find the right glasses with the price that worked for me, she gave me all the details I needed to make a great decision. I went in and was about half an hour early. My husband and I were seen as soon as I was done picking out my glasses, which only took about 5 minutes. The man who tested my eyesight was humble and kind. Then about 2 minutes of waiting in the waiting area, the doctor called us in. He was serious about his work. We ordered the glasses and checked out with a joyful woman at the front who measured the length between my eyes and nose. I prayed to God that my glasses would come earlier than the 14 day arrival time they gave me. I called customer service on Wednesday and asked if my glasses were ready and she said it will take 14 days before they get back from Kansas. Well my glasses said "There's no place like Home," and walla. On Thursday the next day I received a text message saying they were ready. Can you believe it? God is powerful, Thank you Jesus Christ. We love you so much, for the miraculous works that you do, how I love to write down all the praises I have for you, to share with people who need to hear and read of them. God doesn't just heal the sick, he does many things, like making sure my glasses got back way before they should have. "All I know is that I was blind, and now I can see." Dr. Mills explained my vision problems in a way I could, before I even had to ask my questions. Alicia was very helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect glasses, and her customer service personality is great. Never had so much fun at the eye doctor. These 2 make a great team!!

I wanted to take 5 minutes so share what a wonderful experience I had at America’s Best. Especially, the amazing customer service and kindness that Alicia demonstrated during my visit. Alicia took the time to explain the process, my insurance coverage, and answer all the questions I had. Alicia enjoys her job and it is evident in how she treats her customers. Every time I put on my glasses, I will thinking about the Alicia’s helpfulness. I would 100 percent recommend people to stop by this location to get their eyewear.
