I was looking for a specific polo that was sold out on their website. I contacted customer service, and they let me know the Athens store had one in stock, and that they would hold it for me for 24 hours if I wanted it. I called the store, let them know who I was, and they quickly processed the purchased, and had it sent out that same day.

The have a huge selection of all kinds of UGA stuff! But the prices are a little high on some things but very cool store.

I have shopped both in store and online. The employees are always super helpful and welcoming when I go into the store, but I enjoy ordering online more because of the envelope my receipt comes in! This is definitely my favorite UGA store in Athens! Great store and go dawgs!!!!

Stopped in to grab some souvenirs for my family. What a neat store! Everything you can ask for that's black and red under one roof! A wide variety of clothes to stickers and everything you can think of in between. Grabbed a couple stickers, UGA playing cards and a locally made candle. I would have given 5 stars but not 1 person greeted us. They greeted plenty of people who came in after us. That was quite the turn off for me. 3 girls in the corner just stared at us as we came in..... very unprofessional. The gal that checked me out was nice. Overall, If you're looking for some UGA goodies, this store is the place to get it!

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but in this location I was being watched by the workers by following me around and when I asked to used the bathroom I was asked by employees to let them hold my items. I think it was a racial thing only due to me being Hispanic I was being watched while other customers weren’t idk but I didnt like my personal experience here
