They called me about a recall on my vehicle and scheduled an appointment to replace the part. I show up for my scheduled appointment, and they don't have the part in-stock. I waited there for 45 minutes for them to tell me that. It is a waste of my time and money, and incredibly disrespectful. Why schedule the appointment if you don't have the part?? The Service Advisor, Elise Bazemore, was very kind about it, and I'm sure it wasn't her fault.

Nicole Brewer is AMAZING!!!! She explained all of the features of the vehicle, talked us through payments and cost breakdowns, and was genuinely the kindest person I've ever met at a dealership! I'd recommend her a million times if I could. Because of her we will be back to buy a second vehicle really soon. Working with her turned a long process into a 2 hour process from start to finish and that's including us walking around looking at the different options for 45 minutes. She's a gem!
