We had the best experience!!! We came in to simply just look at cars and Jacob Drake was the best cars salesman, he wasn’t pushy at all. Jacob was so patient with me and let me spend so much time just looking at the cars and all of the features! We came back a couple of days later and made the purchase and he was so helpful and very patient throughout the whole process. He even came in on his day off to get my new car detailed since we didn’t have enough time the day we purchased! My husband and I enjoyed his service so much that we recommended him to family! 10/10 best experience at a car dealership!

What an amazing experience from the super salesperson TJ all the way to finance. TJ was super knowledgeable, patient and no pressure. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to give him a visit. Dexter Arnold helped me when no other dealership could. I was stuck in an unreliable car with lots of issues and high payment. Dexter got me in a new 2025 and approved in the same day. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and makes sure his customers are satisfied. If you are looking for a car a recommend Dexter and ALM Athens. I spent over 7 hours at the dealership after knowing the car i wanted to purchase. I did have a short 30 min test drive and took about 1 hr and 20 min to get the car independently checked out. There are no prices on the cars and it was a task to get what the drive out price was. I was pleased with the car but there was almost $6,300k worth of upcharges in the final numbers. I can understand the $1800 in taxes and a few hundred in tag and admin fees but that should have only have been around $2400 at most added to their advertised price. I can't account for the rest of the surprise charges. Was able to negotiate down to a "fair" price but still not what it should have been. After 2 more hours I still have not seen the price on paper. I walked out on the deal. It was a very poor customer experience. My worst experience ever in attempting to buy a car.

Jacob Drake treated us like FAMILY. This was by far the best car purchasing journey I’ve ever experienced, all thanks to Jacob. We drove 2 hours away because we heard how good they were - and Jacob did not disappoint. We got our dream EV at the right price, as Jacob went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us qualified for the EV tax credit before it expires.
