I cannot speak for the practice, but was referred here. Debbie, the lady that called, was less than helpful. When I asked questions about testing, she told me she didn't have the information in front of her. I asked her to send it to me when she could get it. She said it would take her a few minutes to try and grab it and she didn't have time to do that. Would recommend trying to find a practice that is more helpful!

Don't come here for testing. Had an appointment at 3. Got there at 2:40. Took us to the backroom at 3:00. Thought we were gonna be quick. Then sat in the room for over 40 minutes before they came in and talked to us. It's for an allergy test guys literally should not be that hard. It's now 4:30 and we still won't be leaving for at least 15 minutes. That's almost two hours. Two hours for an allergy test. A test that should take 30 minutes. This entire appointment could have been done in less than a hour. What happened guys.. don't come here for testing.

I've contacted this office 7 times in the past week, to get my son in for an appointment. I have several medical records from hospital visits even a referral to get my son in for allergy testing for a severe allergy. Someone was suppose to call me back to schedule an appointment I haven't received a call back, Ive left voicemails, I've used the online "schedule an appointment tab" I have even clicked on every number on the menu option tab and nobody has answered nor called back.. I think you all must want to see me in person.

So happy my pediatrician referred me here. Walk in greetings. The waiting area was so clean & nice. Nurse Nancy was so sweet and warm with my daughter and I. Dr. Larry Smith was a joy and funny. This facility is very professional and would recommend them if asked.
