I was referred to the practice by an existing patient after having a long-standing but invariably stressful patient relationship in another local, multi-location practice. Everyone was so polite and friendly, from Lauren at reception to Dr. Allen - I could barely believe it. I had become accustomed to waiting in the lobby for as long as an hour beyond a scheduled appointment, and for practice staff to speak ill of patients, in front of other patients, as if they were invisible. I had such an overwhelmingly positive experience at Alex Johnson Dental! I regret not leaving my previous practice sooner.

I’ve been going to this practice for years, starting out as a patient of Dr. Alex and now patients of Dr. Johnson. My wife and I have always loved Dr. Alex, the dental hygienists, and the front office team—everyone is so friendly and professional. When Dr. Johnson joined the practice he did some tooth repair work for me. I have a lot of anxiety about dental procedures from childhood experiences, but he was incredibly understanding and gentle. He really helped put me at ease, so much so that I actually got through the appointment without my usual dread! Getting dental work done isn’t my idea of fun, but Dr. Johnson has made it as comfortable as I could hope for. We moved our teenage kids over to the practice last year, and they’ve both had wonderful experiences with Dr. Johnson and the whole staff. It’s nice knowing our entire family is in such good hands. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate dentist!

First time here and it was a great experience. They were able to change my appointment to a sooner date which really helped me out. Lindsay greeted me by name as I walked in the door. The wait time was less than two minutes. There were a lot of other patients in the back so I know they weren’t just slow. I didn’t even have to wait in the back for the doctor. Lexi and Dr. Johnson greeted me and went straight to work. They were fast, efficient and friendly the entire time. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This dentist office is a God Sent. I can suffer from extreme dental anxiety, and I was welcomed by the sweetest staff. I was very comfortable throughout my whole visit. Dr. Johnson is amazing as well! For once, I am actually excited to go back for my 6 month check up and cleaning.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Glenn Alex and Dr. Daniel Johnson. I have been seeing Dr. Alex for years and could not be happier. While my experience has been great, it is eclipsed by the amazing work they have done with my son. Due to an accident my son had some significant damage to his mouth (it was a pick your tooth up off the ground situation). While another dentist was able to get the tooth back in, it never looked good. They could not move the tooth with braces and it never got to be the same size as the other teeth. My son was self conscious about it. As the braces came off, we took him to see Dr. Alex (I did not envy Dr. Alex inheriting these issues). I am amazed at the work that was done. It looks fantastic and more importantly my son loves how his 'new smile' looks! Thank you Dr. Alex!

GREAT PAIN-FREE SERVICE, WONDERFUL ENVIRONMENT! My husband and his family had been happy patients of this practice for years when I married into the family 30 years ago. I resisted changing from my dentist, despite my husband's insistence that Dr Alex and his staff were the best. Six years later, when my then 1 year old fell in the tub and suffered a really gruesome mouth and tooth injury, Dr. Alex graciously met us in the office on a Saturday morning, even though I nor my one year old were patients at that time. He was kind, reassuring and thorough. He did not even remotely make me feel that I was imposing. I was tempted. Shortly thereafter, I learned that the tooth I'd had two crowns on within 2 years needed replacement yet again..... I switched to Dr. Alex for the crown replacement (which I held onto for about 20 years) and I have never looked back. Dr Alex has always offered the best in care in an environment that is cheerful, exceptionally professional and more spa-like than any dentistry office I've ever been in. Almost supernaturally, the deadening injections I've always dreaded since I was a child DO NOT HURT!!! They have this electronic delivery device and a "wiggling" technique that is magic. Dr Johnson has joined the practice and has continued the same level of service, care, and pain free dentistry. The entire staff including the front desk, hygienists, and assistants are top notch, helpful, and always kind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I simply can’t say how impressed and thankful I am for Dr. Glenn Alex and his team. I wish I would have found them sooner, as I’m certain I wouldn’t have the dental issues I have now from avoiding dentists due to fear. Dr. Alex is a perfectionist while being gentle, friendly and compassionate and took time answering all of my questions. You are treated like family from the moment you walk through their doors. “Going to the dentist” will never be something stressful again! I recommend this practice to everyone!

If you’re choosing a dentist, I *highly recommend* the phenomenal Dr. Alex and his entire team. From the minute I entered the office, I felt immediately relaxed and at ease and that stayed true through my entire appointment. Dr. Alex listens, presents genuine interest and concern for my dental and general well-being, and makes it clear from the onset that I’m in extremely capable, caring hands. Samantha, Dee Ann, Lindsey and Lexi all contributed to my fantastic, truly positive experience at Dr. Alex’s office. Not only did I have a positive experience but I observed several other regular patients of Dr. Alex entering the front waiting area with joyful anticipation and familiar friendly personal banter. Have you ever seen person after person walk-in relaxed and happy to arrive at their dentist?! This is how dental healthcare *should* be. It’s a model office. It is clear that Dr. Alex understands how to meet his patients ready with the passion and expertise to execute exactly what you need to keep a healthy mouth and happy smile! My dental needs are complex, and might have been embarrassing or uncomfortable to address anywhere else. Here, I was met with compassion and excitement to help me get back on dental health track. I am actually looking forward to returning because each time I visit, I leave feeling—and looking—better and better! It does not hurt; Dee Ann is a gentle and veteran at cleaning even tough spots without pain. I look forward to my smile continuing to improve in Dr. Alex’ care. And I left the appointment thinking I’d be glad to hang out in real life with anyone on his team—who says that about (checks notes) their dentist, hygienist and receptionist and dental assistants?! It’s me, I’m saying it, and you’ll see what I mean and then say it too. 100% yes to choosing Dr. Glenn Alex for basic, complex, and cosmetic dentistry. You will absolutely love him and your time there!
