Dr. Edward’s is the best dentist I’ve ever been too. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and funny! I’ve also been using them for my SureSmile journey. The staff has been so great too! They’re always nice and polite. I will always recommend them.

I can’t even explain the way I feel after coming here for the first time. From the beginning till the end everyone was amazing. If you have anxiety about dental offices this is a great place to come! Amy was wonderful and Dr.Edwards has such a warm personality. I’ve never had a dentist make me feel comfortable and she did effortlessly. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office! I’ve also never looked forward to going back to one and I can’t wait for my next appointment.

went here after not going to the dentist for several years. the staff was super kind and accommodating. the new patient special made the cost only $99 for a full set of x-rays and a comprehensive exam. after seeing that i needed a bit more work than would be covered by the special, the staff helped me work out a timeline that would make the services affordable to me. 10/10 would recommend

I haven’t been to a dentist in 3 years, so I was a bit nervous to enter the space again. but Advanced Dentistry of Athens were very welcoming and approachable. It was easy to set up an appointment. The technicians were very informative about all the tests and X-rays they performed. The staff was very straight forward about the finances of it all. Happy to be at this dentist!

As a patient at Advanced Dentistry I have experience some excellent service along some with disappointment. Dr Edward's and her assistant or very professional and patient oriented. With the process in which I came to the dentistry for required support from the lab. This service support was not and still not very favorable. Numerous times when given a date to receive the required attention, I received phone calls stating "THE lab said it will not be ready and you need to reschedule your appointment"! Waiting two weeks between each appointment with excitement, then get a heart breaking set back phone call such as that over and over can cause mental stress. Even more so when you don't get a reason why and paid in advance for the service as was required. As a super old senior citizen, prior Army Medical Service Corp officer, and retired from hospital administration management, this is a BIG NO - GO. Now waiting again for the next appointment in two weeks with no assurance and confidence the service will be provided then and if not it will be going on three months of mental stress. I highly recommend the support received from the office. Yet, I will let you decide if you would want to possibly have to endure the mental stress I am enduring because of the lab!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I don’t particularly enjoy the dentist (who does?) but I really enjoyed my experience here. My hygienist, Caramie, was nothing short of incredible. She was so gentle, kind, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and did such a thorough job explaining everything. Ask for her, you won’t regret it!

First time visitor of the office and I'd have to say it was a very pleasant experience! The staff, hygienists, and doctor were very kind and welcoming. My hygienist and the doctor made me feel listened to about any concerns. Plus the office was clean and had beverages for those waiting to be seen/waiting for those being seen.

I made a new patient appointment. I waited a month for my appointment just to get to the front desk and hear that my appointment has been "broken" whatever that means and offered no explanation or resolve other than "I can make you a new appointment and it won't get broken because I'll be the one doing it". And the lady was rude when I got frustrated about my lack of appointment. I wasn't rude to her to have her be rude back to me- I wasn't frustrated that I've waited a month for my time to be wasted and me still not have an appointment, an explanation, or a resolve. She asked me to stop speaking so she could explain and then told me nothing other than I apologize I don't know I can't do anything- which further wasted my time. Now I have to find another dentist and make another appointment and wait for that one too. The building was gorgeous but I didn't see anything past the waiting room.

Very friendly staff with great customer service! I love this Dentist Office. They are very updated and provide alot of knowledge concerning your teeth. I recommend you try them because you would love/enjoy your visit!

Terrible 1st interaction with this company! When you call the number you will get a call center(you are not told you are not speaking with the office)who tells you one thing and you think everything is good to go for your appointment. Then the office texts you and without speaking with you, gives you some requirement for first visit that the person you spoke with before never mentioned and do they cancel your appointment 2hrs before the appointment! This affected me taking take off to go to said appointment. Thanks for inconveniencing me and wasting my time! Will be finding a different dental practice that doesn't have such a breakdown in communication!
