Our first visit to Adcock Furniture & Design was this past spring. We didn’t know there was an Outlet showroom next door so we decided to go inside there first. We were greeted by Tina and she was super knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were well taken care of. We purchased furniture for our basement and we love it. This past week we came back to see Tina. She remembered us as soon as we walked in the door. She made our experience on both visits the best. Jessica helped me get a new couch picked out in under 30 minutes! I love Adcock furniture. It’s such a pleasant store to be in with pretty and comfy furniture. I’ve bought furniture here before. I love the quality with both Bassett and Lazy Boy being Made in the USA 🇺🇸 I have a small space that I wanted a sectional for with particular measurements. Jessica did the math and gave me multiple choices, I was able to pick quickly between the options and she has a handy quote ready in under an hour! Efficient, friendly, and hospitable (I was offered a drink)

We had an excellent looking & buying experience with Adcock Furniture and specifically with Jessica Dial recently. We were allowed to browse and experience a variety of couch and chair options with no pressure. Our normal experiences at other furniture showrooms is pressure and being followed around. Mrs. Dial allowed us to search, experience and decide while being available to answer questions and provide guidance when desired. We’re currently awaiting delivery of our new couch, two chairs, an ottoman and tables. Strongly recommend Adcock Furniture in Athens and specifically Jessica Dial.

Love this store! They have more La-z-boy furniture than anyone else. We worked with Jessica and she really listened to what we wanted. She would direct us to items that matched our wishes and then Would leave us to sit, recline, relax and talk and would check on us often. We can’t say enough about the professionalism Jessica showed. On August 1, 2025 I had a problem with our bed mattress which was purchased at Costco 30 months ago. There was a problem with the mattress so we went to Costco to tell them about the problem with the mattress. They said there was a 10 year warranty so we get a 100 per refund. I went to a mattress store and they suggested that we might had needed box springs. I was happy with box springs before I bought the Adcock bed frame. Adcock assured no box springs needed. I bought a $7,719.98 bedroom set from them. I feel their bed frame caused my problem. I asked to help me If I could buy another bed frame that would hold box springs and I never asked for a refund on my bed. The store manager just keep telling me I don't sell used furniture. He just keep repeating that 3 times, I told him you don't have to repeat that again. He then said put your mattress and box springs on our bed. Trying to make light of his stern attitude. I told him then I would have to get the fire department to help me get on top of it. Cindy the sale lady chuckled with me. He told me he was the owner of the store and had 30 years experience. Then he pointed me to the front door. I believe I was never rude or used bad language. I would hope Adcock has video in the store and he could review it. And again did not expect a refund. Was hoping they would sell me a bed frame I could use. Disappointed George W. Wentz
