The older gentleman behind the paint counter is incredibly condescending and clearly not suited for customer-facing roles. His attitude was unprofessional, and it was disappointing that my daughter had to witness how he spoke to me. Based on previous reviews and how another employee seemed to walk on eggshells around him, it seems this behavior is a known issue. Very frustrating experience.

I just went in to try and return a few things. The “manager” in charge is very disrespectful. Didn’t even give me the time and they didn’t even care to look at my receipt told me to return to a different store. Very unprofessional will never do business with you guys again.

Went to look at some chickens a few weeks ago, and they would not let us see them before we purchased. Went in today, Got the stuff that I needed and got to the checkout just for them to tell me cash only. Past Home Depot to get here waste of time.

I had spoken to this guy in paint department about painters jump suits. I believe his name was kirk. I thought he went beyond what most would do. He texted me back pictures of exactly what i was asking about. Which answered my question and saved me lots of time with the information I needed. I thought he did more than i needed and was so kind and thoughtful. Its not often you get help like that anymore. But sure is nice to know someone cares about customers. Excellent job. And wanted to pass that along. Definitely lets you know where i need to shop. Ace has git a great employee
