Update as of Dec 22,2023 : Cashiers are not carefully paying attention when ringing up merchandise. The cashiers tend to hold up lines with long winded small talk causing so much mishandling of money. I can only imagine how much profit is lost . Today after looking at my receipt, I notice I have a couple free items. Thanks Burlington for the Christmas gift Previous review: Let me start by saying all Burlington locations are not like this. I was excited about a Burlington being put in Athens mainly because i know how you can get bang for your buck with Burlington (Usually).. Let’s just say I only come in this store if i don't feel like driving to Marshalls. Marshalls has almost the same items but a better Variety, more sizes and lower prices. Burlington household decor is fare but finding what you need is a hit or miss.. 9 out 10 you likely purchase something not on your shopping list HA!

My husband has spent $1000s!!!!! At burlington!!! 1000s!!!! Him being 6'2 360 there are not many places for him to shop. This Burlington refused to offer good customer service on a measly $7 shirt!! He purchased the shirt out of state when we were traveling. The store forgot to put the shirt in the bag. We went to this location for a store credit to get a shirt just like it or similar. Mind you, our new purchase exceeded $7, well over!! The cashier told him he had to drive back to that store for assistance. This is a stupid problem. If you can return to any store I'm not sure why this was such a BIG issue to resolve. Telling a customer to drive back to the location out of state is ridiculous.

Unprofessional people works at this particular store. Called one of the cashier out on her nasty attitude. Asked to speak to the store manager John he is just as unprofessional as the cashier. He didn't have time to listen to my complaint. So I had to call the corporate office to complain. Everytime I go in this Burlington they have someone new at the registers.This lady by far is the worse one I've encountered. I will spend my money somewhere else where there are people that knows customer service. Buyers be ware!!!

This store looks like a secondhand Goodwill!! If you're looking for some fashion that's up to date this is NOT, the place! There's not a good shoe or clothing selection. I'm from Atlanta and maybe the styles differ due to the location or maybe it was just a bad day. I'm not going to waste any more time coming here though.
What about kids product in this store??
You can find almost every type of kids’ product in this store. I always used to go there with my kids.
